5 /5 Kristin Tapley: I absolutely love this office! Ive been 4 or 5 times in the last 6 months for different things. Dr. Madray and his wife are both very sweet people. Dr. Madray made me feel very comfortable and at ease every time he worked on me. I was very nervous about pain, but each time he made sure I felt nothing and walked me through the entire thing as he was doing it, so I wouldnt feel scared. I cant say nice enough things about them. I will continue to always come here and refer everyone to them.

1 /5 abbi johnson: I completely take back my review before. I got my tooth drilled with them and they didn’t fill it correctly. I can’t eat on the left side of my mouth. I called to make an appointment and the lady said she would call me back. A month later still no response so I called. Finally they made me an appointment but I had family issues pop up. I called to cancel the day of the appointment and move it. They didn’t answer the phone the first couple of times I called that morning. The lady picked up right after my appointment would’ve been over. She said once again she had to “look at the schedule” and call me back. Two weeks later still no response. So I call and they tell me I am not allowed to be seen because I missed my appointment, when I called the same day of my appointment. Without warning or anything they won’t allow me to schedule another appointment to get my tooth fixed. I am in pain and literally can’t eat on one side of my mouth and they do not care. Through all of this they only answered the phone 2 times. I would not recommend going here.

5 /5 Julia Holsey: Great Dentist friendly always got a smile on his face so gentle. He has been my children and my Dentist since they were babies they all in their 30s now. His wife is equally friendly. They make your experience as comfortable as it can be.

5 /5 Sandra Wolfe: Dr. Madray, Mrs. Robin and all of his staff are AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make sure my 23 year old daughter was taken care of. She had been to ER and they wouldnt do anything to help her. Doc made sure she wasnt in pain and pulled her tooth with no pain. They have done a lot of work on her teeth and it looks amazing. I cant say enough good things about them all.

Kendall Hall: DO.NOT.TAKE.YOUR. LOVED.ONES.HERE. Period. If I could give a negative 1000000 stars I would. We have given this place MULTIPLE chances. This last time was the last straw. At 12:30am my girlfriend woke from a dead sleep with a severe pain in her head. She never even gets headaches, so I was immediately worried. She couldn’t walk or see straight. I took her to the ER part of the hospital and the check in process took forever for no reason at all. The check in staff had no worries in the world & were downright lazy. After waiting for 30 minutes (which is usually a 2-3 hour wait) we were taken back to get vitals done. That worker asked about 2 questions then took us to a room and stated “the doctor will be in shortly”….. Incorrect. I started a timer just to see how long it would really take. My girlfriend was tossing and turning in pain and 1 whole hour went by with no nurse or doctor to come into the room. I called the nurses station and she stated “oh he’s doing rounds so he’ll be in shortly”…. That “shortly” lasted about 40 more minutes. Then a doctor entered the room & asked about 3 more questions after barley examining her, asked her three times if she took any medication… Clearly this man wasn’t listening to a single thing either of us said the entire time he was in the room (which was about 5 whole minutes). He stated that he wanted to do a scan on her head to rule out anything serious and that a nurse will be in right after he left to get her some pain medication in the meantime… yeah right. Another HOUR goes by and not a single human came into the room. I stepped into the hall and it was like a ghost town. It was now 3:30 AM. We then left without telling anyone, which I’m sure no one even noticed. I took her the next day to hinesville to get the proper care she needed. The doctor there was baffled by how that hospital handled her care. This place is a JOKE. The reviews are 100% correct. Horrible experience for the 3rd time. The first time we ever visited this hospital they wrongly diagnosed my girlfriend & she got sever bronchitis because of it. This place should be torn down to be honest. Your better off getting medical care from a local dollar general worker than the staff at this hospital.

Carlene Thompson: Im honestly shocked this place has 4 stars. We went in as a new patient and the front desk staff was amazing. However the nurse we had was not. Not personable at all, seemed agitated and seemed to just simply not care. The place was FILTHY! dust bunnies and gunk on the floor like they havent swept or mopped in months. The exam table was falling apart, the bungie rope that was holding the paper on was moldy and disgusting. The Dr that came in (Dr Kyler i think his name was) didnt use gloves when he touched my 4 month old son, I didnt see him sanitize his hands when he left either. You can tell the money is not going into the business but their pockets, especially since we saw the Dr leave in a mozarodi. Will not be coming back, Id rather drive 40 min to at least get a clean facility to take my son too.

D J: Store clean and friendly staff. Manager needs additional training. Although friendly at times, he does not greet the customers and has both of his ears plugged with music headphones while on duty. Not only is his earplugs in both ears, he also sings very loudly to the music while working. This is very disturbing to the customers. Not a bad manager, but needs to be a bit more professional.
