1 /5 Sandy Gaither: I went to this salon for the first time to get a full set of acrylic nails. The nail tech asked if I had a picture of what I wanted, and I showed her (see 1st photo). Nothing too crazy. What I ended up with was one of the worst full sets I’ve ever gotten. My nails are super square, thick, flat, wide, uneven, and just UGLY. Nothing even close to what I requested. Several of my nails look tilted upwards. The nail on my left middle finger is a lot longer than all the rest of my nails. My thumbnails don’t match and are horribly flat and wide; they look like shovels. The white tips are not even remotely blended, and the base color is nothing like the picture of what I wanted. It seemed like the nail tech was very inexperienced at acrylics. I can’t believe I paid $60 for this set, before the tip! Unfortunately, I don’t have the money right now to go somewhere else and get a whole new full set, so I am stuck with these ugly nails for awhile. Buyer beware. ☹️

She stayed well past closing and made sure the shape, length, design and color shades were exactly how I wanted them and she maintained great customer service while doing it. And she was gentle with the drill, Shes very hardworking, Professional and patient. I left with a smile on my face. I highly recommend!!

5 /5 lexi whitcher: LV nail salon is great! If you have any questions about pricing the lady’s there are more then happy to explain how the pricing works. Lien and her husband are the owns of the nail salon and they are so nice! When I went in for an SNS dip, Lien did my nails, and she did such a great job. We starting chatting and I mentioned that I was getting married at the end of the month and she asked if she could throw a little party for me and my girls! SO kind of her!! They accommodated myself, my husband and 8 other people! All of the girls had nothing but good things to say about their nails. This nail salon does not only have a very friendly staff, but also has very clean appliances.

2 /5 Yonna Bailey: I frequent this nail salon typically only for pedicures. My pedicures tend to be very simple and basic. One of my go to’s is a nice thin French tip with a light pinkish base coat. Tina was my tech and I know that she’s done them a time or two before. I always make sure to tell them before they start the polish that I would like and how thin I like them to be. She told me “don’t worry, I got you”. Once she start with the “pink” I looked at it and said “this doesn’t really look like a pink” she was immediately frustrated and wiped it off and did 2 coats. It still wasn’t a pinkish color but I just said that it was fine, I will deal with it. Then she started with the French tip and like I stated before my personal liking is a really thin tip. She stated that what I liked was to thin and she basically did what she wanted to do. Again I was totally not satisfied but I said fine I will deal with it because I was ready to leave. This was not a free service it’s a paid for service. I wasn’t giving anyone problems and I just simply stated what i liked and it turned into what she liked. I paid $60 for the service and still tipped her although I was not happy about the service. I know that we all go through things but in the service business you can’t take your personal frustrations out on others. This particular day must have not been a good one for her.

5 /5 Kimberly Phelts: Had a good time visiting with my best friend and getting pampered! Love my manicure with flower design! My nail tech, Lynn, took the time to clean up around my nails and made sure everything looked perfect before I left.
