2 /5 Kennedy: Okay- at first I saw the reviews and I thought I would give this place a fair chance. A lot of nail salons have 3 stars and turn out to be fine. I came in for a pedicure, asked for #1 (basic), and wanted gel on all toes + a tip on both my big toes. I was aware the menu said it’s a $15 up charge for both. However- for a basic pedicure to be listed at $30, I cannot for the life of me figure out how my final cost for a PEDICURE ONLY was $72. Seventy. Two. Dollars. For a pedicure. I was blown away. If you’re gonna go here, get prices as you go because I definitely think they try to uncharge you without telling you and I ended up spending a fortune on something that I thought was going to be a moderately priced little self care activity. Insane. Only giving 2 stars because my lady was extremely nice and the environment was pretty.

1 /5 Mia w: Very unprofessional when it’s comes to correcting problems! I paid 75$ I asked for a simple acrylic round French this is what u got. When I asked to fix it he said I always complain.. he mixed me up with another lady. I’ve never had to fix my nails before so this is the first. He then proceeded to CUT them off and gave me a refund but didn’t take the nails ALL THE WAY OFF!!. And they are stuck on!!! I was cut multiple times and they were not nice.!!

5 /5 MaryBeth Sullivan-Watson: We came here to get my daughters birthday nails and they did a phenomenal job. We had a consult first to go over what we wanted and the length and the design and came up with a fair price. Im super impressed with the quality and the the detail they did on the nails. Great customer service and great experience.

1 /5 Shevaun Bryant: This is my 3rd time in 2 years at this salon, everytime has been bad but today was the absolute worst. My husband and I did a walkin, he needed a pedi I needed a fill-in and a pedi. My toes do not look professionally painted at all but the worst part of this experience was the poor customer service from the woman who did my nails. She kept asking how I was going to pay for my service even AFTER I made it clear that I would be paying for both my husband and Is service. She even yelled at me from across the salon to ask why my husband wasnt paying. I went to wash my hands and noticed how much build up was left on my figures I scrubbed 5x and couldnt get it off. My polish also looked bad. We get to the register and she asked again why my husband wasnt paying and I had to remind her that good wives can pay for their husbands too. The only reason I went there today was because my normal nail girl didnt have availability yesterday, was closed today and we are going on vacation so Im very familiar with nail salon culture but I have never in the 20 years Ive been getting my nails done experienced this

5 /5 Tara Fore: My daughter and I went in for a full set for me a manicure for her. We were very pleased ! Wendy was the tech and she was very meticulous and did a great job! A little pricey but overall very pleased!
