5 /5 Linda Kern: Dr. Her just completed a complex, multi-step procedure that spanned 3 months, and I am very pleased with the outcomes. This procedure was important medically, dentally, and aesthetically. Throughout the process, Dr. Her took time to answer all of my questions and provided insight to help me make the best decisions about my dental health. During the procedures he was careful to ensure that I understood what was happening and experienced minimal pain. Twice, after big steps, he followed up with weekend phone checkups. Everyone in the office that Ive dealt with is equally caring. They know me, even though they usually only see me twice a year. Kudos to Aida who handles my semi-annual dental care gently and thoroughly. A special shout out to to Tiandra, who is wrangling my insurance claim with determination and persistence. I highly recommend Lifetime Dental for excellent dental care.

Additionally, I was advised that bone grafting was mandatory, with a cost exceeding $700. Despite explaining that I have no immediate plans for an implant, I was informed that the grafting was not optional. Feeling pressured and confused, I left the office without receiving treatment. I recommend that others with the Humana C550 plan carefully review any treatment plans and associated costs, ensuring they align with the plans fee schedule.
