1 /5 Peyton Lord: So, I received a gift from this store from my boyfriend. It was a nice gesture, but I didn’t like the design. I called attempting to make a return because I found a bag elsewhere I liked, but it came to no avail. This place told me a resounding no, they do not offer returns but offer store credit. Of course, no offense to this very very original “boutique”, but I do not want anything from that store. Been inside, but nothing is appealing. Of course, running a business is hard, but building a customer base to keep cash coming in is of utmost importance so the fact they do not greet you when you come in, are overall impertinent, and do not offer returns unless it is out of stock on an order off of their website (proving they have capabilities to make a card return), is just shallow. A return is a win-win. The store is able to resell the item (making the return and original sale a net zero loss) and the customer is happy. Overall dissatisfied with the business as a whole.
