Adells Natural Hair Salon - Austell Robin Young: I booked an appointment with Apple for an updo style I did not know that you had to have maintenance in order to get a retwist (my mistake). Nonetheless when I arrived at 11 the receptionist let her know “ your 2nd person is here” never mentioned me by name. After about 3 minutes Apple walks over & says “ loc updo” I said yes she responded “1st chair”. Never once said how are or introduced herself or ask who I was. She explained that in order to get a retwist I need to schedule maintenance on so I tell her to just free style. She never touched my hair at the root, use oil or ever water in a spray bottle to give my hair luster or even act as if she was interested in doing my hair to begin with. The service which was supposed to be 45 minutes was rushed from the time I hit the door. It took her 19 minutes pull my hair up stop for 2 minutes to help someone then about 16 minutes to put pins in my hair. I was at the register at 11:37. I stated to her I was unhappy about my hair & service. I mentioned to her about not greeting me asking my name her response was “ she told me your name” the receptionist however she did not. I mentioned I literally still have bed her & asked why don’t you use oil or water or anything for that matter she states that is all with maintenance, so I’m guessing customer service is part of the maintenance as well. I’m not happy about anything with my service today.

Friendly staff and Monica did a great job answering questions and explaining services they offer; manicures, pedicures, tanning, hair, facials, waxing. They do it all! Make an appointment and treat yourself!
