1 /5 Kaitlyn Grace: So I haven’t been able to get an appointment with my normal lash tech for a month since she has been booked but she recommended I try Shelbi, well the first time, I tried a different lash tech but my lashes were falling out crazy fast so I booked with Shelbi (I booked right at the 2 week mark btw) So I needed to schedule an appointment fast, well she rescheduled my appointment twice, which I get it, life happens but tried to charge me a full set when it was not my fault that my appointment got pushed back twice. I asked previous lash techs what they thought about the situation and both agreed that it wasn’t right and that she should’ve made it right on her part. I’m sure she does amazing at lashes, but she needs to work on professionalism.
