She flexed her hours opening just so Id be able to come in , she didnt skip a beat with helping me be knowledgeable to things , everything she does is all natural remedies. I recievwd the V steam n was scared at first. She helped me stay calm and it was amazing. She also dod the butt and breast enhancement on me. We were laughing and joking the hole way thru it wasnt awkward at all I felt like I was at home. I recommend this place over all of thomasville. You wont be disappointed!

Kaitlyn Grace So I haven’t been able to get an appointment with my normal lash tech for a month since she has been booked but she recommended I try Shelbi, well the first time, I tried a different lash tech but my lashes were falling out crazy fast so I booked with Shelbi (I booked right at the 2 week mark btw) So I needed to schedule an appointment fast, well she rescheduled my appointment twice, which I get it, life happens but tried to charge me a full set when it was not my fault that my appointment got pushed back twice. I asked previous lash techs what they thought about the situation and both agreed that it wasn’t right and that she should’ve made it right on her part. I’m sure she does amazing at lashes, but she needs to work on professionalism.

PL C Very nice and clean facility, and the technician was very professional and courteous. During the process, I was told each step which made me feel very comfortable. Oh, and I love my lashes!!

Jennifer Hewett One of the stylists was very unprofessional. After getting established, the quality started to become poor (rushing, and taking on too many clients at a time) She never had change, and would go through other peoples drawers when they werent there. Often rescheduled or canceled. I wouldnt support a business who allows or encourages this type of practice.

Erin Horne I was not pleased. I asked a lady to wax my eyebrows and she said she couldnt because she had a client coming in....but she sat in her chair and did her make-up for 20 minutes.

Miller Rehnea (Nia) Spacious, clean, with a friendly, professional atmosphere. You can pick up a piece of candy or a soda while your wait, but the wait is not very long. I came in at 11 and was out by about 1:30. Saturday hours start at 7am!
