2 /5 Jenna Booher: Very poor customer service. I went in for a pedicure and was one of 2 people present. The lady assigned to assist me, was watching a Facebook video. Several minutes after I was seated, she brought the phone over and set it up to continue to watch her movie/video and then greeted me. She acted annoyed I was even there. Asked me what color I wanted and then was even more annoyed I did not have one. She has not given me the colors to choose from. During the pedicure she watched her video and did a very poor job. I chose the package that had callous remover. I did not get it. She declined to use it (I still paid for it.) the package also included a leg massage. If it lasted 90 seconds for both legs, I might be exaggerating. The polish was done extremely poorly. The paint was left over the nails. I gently pointed this out and explained it would peel if not corrected. She acted very annoyed I requested she fix it. The polish is spotty and uneven. The whole experience was very unsatisfactory especially for choosing a deluxe package. I highly suggest you not waste your time. There are many other quality nail salons in the area.
