1 /5 Kori Xoxo: I was charged $28.00 to have my toes polished gel polish, and nothing special otherwise. $55.00 for a manicure/overlay in which I didnt get my hands soaked/treated, no massage, no dead skin removal other then around the base of my nails and underneath. The tech had an attitude. I tipped and didnt get a thank you after dealing with her negative mood swing. Shes been doing nails 8yrs and she good at it, but dont speak or understand English well enough. I will not be returning. I always wondered why the shop was never full. I dont recommend the Salon to anyone on a budget or who wants the proper procedures executed for their dollars. Again she good with doing nails.

She had my hair growing down my back until I cut it. I have since been going for all my hair care needs. I’ve only had one issue with a stylist not doing a good job. I took pics and the next time she gave me a discount. Miss Shawneeke is great and the staff is amazing! I recommend her to anyone looking for a great atmosphere and knowledgeable stylist.

Treesa Creps: I guess I should have listened to the previous reviews but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. First appointment went great. Lashes looked good. But then as Im waiting for my second appointment in their business, I received a text saying that they need to cancel. They gave me a 4 minute heads up as Im sitting in the establishment. This is not how you run a business, especially when you have clients that drive from other towns to get their lashes done. It is super unprofessional and theyre trying to claim that they called in advance. But if I were you, I would steer clear of this place and find a more professional lash tech.

Well one of the ladies walked over to me and l asked her if they are FREE to take and she stated yes. Well she reached out had to the nerve to look into my bag of the stuff l right purchased to see what l had in my bag. I have been going into this store for yrs but the treatment that she displayed like if l was stealing something l will not ever come back into that store and give them my business or hard earned money!!!!!!

LaToya Washington: I recently purchased hair from here, and have always had excellent customer service from the young ladies that work here. I went back in to buy an additional bundle of hair(20in) and a closure, which I was told was a 16in, by a gentleman who works there. After getting my hair installed I noticed that the length was drastically different and realized it was a 12in. When I called to see if there was anything he could do, because I WOULD NEVER have purchased a 12in curly closure with a 20 in bundle I was told no, and basically have a good day with your 12in closure lol. I didn’t want the money back a simple store credit of even half would’ve sufficed because at the end of the day I didn’t check what he gave me and trusted what he said. So moral of the story, check your hair ladies!
