    Amanda McCarty: Staff would not listen to what I requested of my nails. I begged them to correct the mistakes and they refused. I went in for a fill in and left still needing to have one. She caked on the polish and it would not dry underneath. I pleaded with them to correct it and the man only wanted to argue that they were fine and left new chip marks on my nails. I was very disappointed with the service. I asked to keep the same shape and they ended up crooked and uneven and skinny at the tips, beyond my actual nail. I would give no stars if it would let me.

    Miriam Santos: I have been to several different salons that half ass do my nails, but Monse’s nails I absolutely love. The mother daughter duo are amazing. I am from SC and I travel 3 hrs to see my best friend but also to get my nails done. I will not go anywhere else ever again.

    Annie Timberlake: I went there for the first time last week to get my nails done with my friends and I loved the experience. The Nail Tech that did my nails knew exactly what I wanted. Super calming and relaxing atmosphere, and they make pleasant conversation with you. My favorite part of the whole experience was that I am a nail biter and they didn’t once criticize me or make fun of me about it. The nails still look amazing as well. I will definitely be back in the future.

    Kayli Watkins: This place is amazing. I came in for a manicure and pedicure, didnt have to wait at all, and they filled up quickly. My experience was fantastic. My nails looked beautiful. I just got a basic French tip on both hands and feet but it was perfect. Price was reasonable too and I even spent a bit extra to get the "volcano" pedicure, worth it. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks to the staff also, they were so friendly and very professional.

Sophie took pity on my massacred nails, worked me in, and set me on the road to recovery. She was so gentle, professional, and exactly what I needed. The whole store seemed to have good rapport with each employee and client. I, also, appreciate that they do not reuse files and buffers.

    Jessica: Updating post with my experience from awhile back: I had long, healthy hair and went to get highlights for my birthday which I have done before at other salons and it would turn out great. But this time it was damaged beyond repair. It became so frizzy and dry and I did everything at home to try to get it back to what it was for weeks but nothing worked so I ended up going to another salon to just chop it all off. The person who did my hair was very nice but everything was rushed because of some miscommunication on what she thought I actually wanted and what she ended up having to do. Then she had someone right after me so I just ended up paying for the service and leaving. Pictures: What I wanted vs what I got, and then how it looked after I attempted to fix it on my own.

    Allison McKail: I was visiting from out of town and decided to take a chance on a walk-in appointment. JoJo mentioned we were lucky to get in since they’re usually busy, and wow—what a lucky day it turned out to be! Trying a new nail salon in an unfamiliar place can be hit or miss, but this was a total win. JoJo’s conversation was so fun and engaging, and her work? Absolutely incredible. 10/10 would recommend!
