Auto Service Center - LaGrange Tim Palmquist: The fan belt on our F150 broke this afternoon (a Friday) on our way through LaGrange, so after searching for nearby repair shops (and being told we would need to wait days) I eventually found Auto Service Center and struggled hard to steer our truck one more mile down the street to their shop. Even though it initially looked like the belt broke because of some other bigger problem, it apparently was just a broken tensioner. They got to work on it very quickly (even though I could tell they were busy and probably even overwhelmed), and finished it more quickly than they said they would. It really was true that they treated us like family, even though we are thousands of miles from home. And the charge was very reasonable. From a plaque on their wall we could see that they honor God with their business. And they even let our teenage daughter catch the final episode of her favorite series which she had missed.
