I will definitely be taking all of my vehicles to Southeast Tire & Auto.

    fine n dandy: I drive for a living and have been going to these guys for a good few months now. They always do me right. Great customer service, their prices are fully itemized and reasonable, theyre always quick and transparents about their work, and you can just tell everyone cares and wants the best for you. Super hard to find that in a mechanic. Cant hype them up enough.

    The Money Woman: They guessed on my repair at first saying it was a wheel bearing and fixed one. Then said it was my brakes. They accepted money for a repair that wasn’t needed. Take your car to professionals who actually know what they are doing. No wonder they are not getting as many customers as the shop next door.

    Brandon Deal: My wifes vehicle had brake issues while were driving 2 States away from home. PDQ took her car back immediately, assessed the issue, and repaired it within 20 mins. It WAS a simple fix but I had expected to pay a pretty good price seeing as its brake service....they thanked me for my military service (Army Wife tag on the car), shook my hand, and told me no charge. I couldnt be more satisfied with the quality of work or customer service. I HIGHLY recommend you visit PDQ in McDonough, GA for any of your auto care needs

    Anthony Welz: I was visiting this location while on vacation and didnt realized that I didnt ro one before my trip to GA. As I was there i expressed as I was in FL before i moved I got.my oil changed before a big trip and they didnt put the the hardware back on or tight enough and my skid plate was ruined do to it scraping the road . (They said we know what were doing) I said ok thank you. Almost 3 weeks on being back home in PA coming home from work I was on my way home from work and the I heard my skid plate scraping on the road after getting it looked at 3 miles later my skid plate is ruined a reliable dealer said there is no hardware and one part was holding it up. I called the manager at this location immediately and was given the go around for little over a month saying they would go over the cameras they have in the pit and get back with me. I didnt hear back . I called 2 times since and left a voicemail and word with whom answered the phone . I still never heard back . I called back again finally to talk to the "GM" for him to tell.me there is nothing he could do due to me living in PA but issue me a credit. I then asked how am i going to use a credit due to me not knowing when i would even be able to be back down south.My skid plate will cost $150 and I told him I was not asking for that but at least a refund of my oil change due to their mistake and lack of doing their job correctly, not to mention their horrible customer service within this situation. There is somthing they could of done such as refund me due to thier fault but they choose not to I would not recommend this place especially if ypu do not live around the area.
