5 /5 April Moore: Let me tell yall some real truth. If you are spending money for car repairs anywhere else besides here at Joels, you are THROWING your money down the drain. Joel and his team replaced my vacuum pump for my 2017 Chevy Malibu. Done the job perfectly and very, please HEAR me! Very reasonably priced. They were kind and honest and fair. Wished I had known about this Gem of an auto repair shop before now. But, thats OK. I know now and they have a customer for life!! If you go somewhere else you cant say you didnt know. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

5 /5 M Nash: Once again Joel did a great job keeping his word and giving a very fair price to get one of our cars working well again. We brought our own parts (coils & spark plugs) and he did the labor quickly as promised. Even drove my adult son to the nearby parts store to exchange one coil that turned out to be a bad part) -- and that was when they shouldve gone to lunch but rather than make us hang around & wait they took care of it promptly! Then they wouldnt even take a tip :( Joel & crew have a great sense of fairness, kindness & compassion, and knowledge to get the job done right. I previously got my brakes sorted out by them when I was about to hit the road on a 500 mile trip & things werent right after a different guy - friend of the family - did work. They understood the urgency & got it done fast & great price. I decided then they have my loyalty! I sure appreciate him and his crew! Our sons Prius with nearly 300k miles on it is purring like a kitten again. Will soon bring it back for some body work too!

Due to their negligence, Ford is now claiming that the warranty is no longer valid. Ford has sent them an invoice for the damage, as they are liable. However, they have stopped responding to any calls from me or the Ford dealership. BEWARE!!.

J Shepherd: Sent to them for fuel injectors and back brake pad change, came back with more problems!! Broken spark plugs that was told they took out? Why? And the brake caliper sensor plug wasnt hooked back in!! Paid these guys to give me more repair Bills!!!! No recommend for these guys!!

They even worked hard when it was starting to get dark. I will definitely have to use them again if I have any more Car troubles.
