1 /5 Kay Townsend: Had a terrible experience here. Was told my remote was partially fixed , it was not. Was charged any promised a discount if I ordered a new remote from them that day. No discount and was told it was handled incorrectly and the total charge of over 594.00 would stand. Was refused to speak to the service manager by his assistant. Disputed the charge and because I could not prove anything I was told was stuck with the bill. Beware!

Our car broke down and I 75 and was towed into your awesome dealership. I got an honest evaluation of what the problem was and you guys were kind enough to tell me that I was best off taking it back to the dealership where it would be under warranty, as it would have been significant cost to fix it. Thank you for your honesty and integrity,,, it is rare these days but great to see, It is nice to know that the Fender staff put people first. I would highly recommend these guys as there integrity and kindness and professionalism went a long way with me. It is raare to see people genuinely put the best interest of their customers first, but it is obviously standard procedure at Jeff Fender Service. 4 /5 Paul Green: Had bad battery, and they sent a wrecker to get my vehicle and replaced the battery. Of course, under warranty and no wrecker fee. Nice

1 /5 Terri Staton: Puts extended warranty in contract without even asking on used car tells you that its good to have was a waste of money they should ask before putting extras in also wants to charge outrageous high price for repairs and dont even explain price of labor r parts I went some where else and got car fixed for reasonable price this place is a rip off supervisor wont even call me back to explain why they r so high in prices would not recommend this place for repairs r buying a vehicle go to d and e for repairs it would also be nice to get my 128 dollars back I paid for them to look at my car was a waste too since I wouldnt pay 1572 for brakes and a hose to get fixed ridiculous

Bob Moll: Prompt and excellent service. My wife and I were traveling Saturday morning on Interstate 75 north of Tifton Ga when the water pump went out on our truck. There wasn’t a garage that would help us till Monday. Luckily my wife came upon Ludden’s on google and I gave him a call. He asked if we had booked a hotel and if we didn’t he’d be there that evening. Since we had already paid for a room he showed up at 8:15 am Sunday morning. An hour later he had us back on the road. I wish there were more people like him.

Kaydee Head: We went and picked up our car after 2.5 weeks to move it to a different repair shop. On March 14 we dropped our car off to have the transmission shift solenoid replaced. On the 15th before they closed we were told that they had located the part and would order the part on the morning of the 16th and would take approximately 4 days to arrive. On March 23rd called again and couldnt get ahold of them until closing time and was told the part hadnt come in yet. Called again on the 28th and was told part should be here on the 29th. Called on the 30th because we were told the car would be ready that day. To find out that the wrong part had come in. Then today when we came to pick up the car they couldnt provide proof of having ran a diagnostic on it when it first arrived and could only provide report of one for today. Owner claimed that I have called over 6 times a day when I have my call record showing when I called. There may be one day that I called that many times due to them not answering the phone.

He was at the house and under the hood the next day. Gabe did a great job and communicated throughout working on my truck and got it fixed and followed up on everything after doing the work. I highly recommend using Gabe and look forward to doing business with him in the future. Good, honest guy doing a good job.

STEPHANIE WAMBLES: These people have had my car 7 months. Lied to us continually. Refused to call us for updates. My husband would check on it weekly or so. Or we would hear nothing from them. Tried to put used parts on without consent. We provided a starter. They gave use a quote in writing of 850. Said they could fix it. In August. After we gave them the benefit of doubt they still Lied over n over. When we demanded it be moved to somewhere eles to be fixed. They moved it to Braddys where it was fixed in 2 days! Now they are demanding and taking 1250 before I can get my badly neglected car, with auto start clicker missing and steering wheel cover completely ripped out. Tires low on air. My car has been sitting here just treated like junk. These people are Not honest! Worse they took advantage of this whole situation then Wouldnt work with us on $ 400. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional
