The attention to detail and the exceptional service I receive each time keeps me coming back. This dentist is (by far the best) I’ve ever been too. I have servere anxiety over the dentist but they always make me feel so comfortable and hands down it’s the best experience I’ve ever had. The first time I went they understood my anxiety and every time I’ve returned they’ve remembered that and made it easy for me. Everyone who works there is so friendly and genuine. The hygienist explains everything in depth, answers any questions you have and has no problems helping you understand the answer. The entire team is a very respectful and awesome bunch. Go here and the days of dreading your dentist appointments shall be swept away with an enjoyable experience at Great Expressions Dental Centers. I can’t imagine going anywhere else and 100% recommend.

Sage Dental of Gainesville, GA - Gainesville Jen Lopez: I sought treatment at Sage Dental for a tooth with a cracked amalgam filling that had become exposed. As a member of the Humana Dental Value Plan C550, I anticipated a straightforward process with a $35 copay for a simple extraction, as outlined in my plans fee schedule.
However, I was quoted $1,700, then $242, and informed that my insurance would cover only $45. This discrepancy was perplexing, given my plans fixed copays.
When I inquired about a simple extraction, I was told that the procedure would be classified as a surgical extraction, which under my plan should incur a $55 copay. Additionally, I was advised that bone grafting was mandatory, with a cost exceeding $700. Despite explaining that I have no immediate plans for an implant, I was informed that the grafting was not optional.
Feeling pressured and confused, I left the office without receiving treatment. I recommend that others with the Humana C550 plan carefully review any treatment plans and associated costs, ensuring they align with the plans fee schedule.
