1 /5 Laila Yamini: I had a very disappointing experience, despite this shop being highly recommended by a close friend.
I had my car towed in for a broken radiator hose and coolant leak. The shop replaced the hose, but only an hour after picking it up, my car overheated again — the coolant had leaked out completely due to a second hose/clamp issue in the same area.
Two other experienced mechanics told me that a professional repair should have included a full inspection of the radiator system and pressure testing to ensure no further leaks. They confirmed the faulty clamp would’ve been obvious if the job had been done thoroughly.
Because of this oversight, I had to pay another mechanic $290. I’ve requested a reasonable $50 partial refund to offset that — which still leaves In & Out fairly compensated for the hose and labor they did perform.
Mistakes happen. But good customer service means owning those mistakes and making it right. I’m open to updating or removing this review if that happens — because accountability makes a difference by building trust and loyalty.
