1 /5 Ad Replier: The owner is incredibly rude. I called with an inquiry about an acquaintances vehicle at their shop during the week, and the possibility of me removing it for them. They had chosen not to repair it, and he almost seemed pleasant as he confirmed he had been paid up for the work they did perform. Several days later, on a Sunday(!), he called when I was unable to answer and left a profanity-laced voicemail, apparently angry at both the fact that I hadnt answered (while I was busy!), and the fact that I had not made a move to remove the car (as I had to wait on the acquaintance). He threatened to have it towed off, which is illegal without following the proper abandoned vehicle procedures. I was just trying to help someone and this man, if you can call him that, chose to berate a total stranger over the phone. I would never choose to do business with someone who behaves this way and has such a short temper, and I absolutely recommend people go somewhere else if you want to be treated fair and courteous.
