Harper Fowlkes House - Savannah (GA)

5 /5 Carol Ann Jason: Harper Fowlkes House is a lovely and well cared for house. We enjoyed our tour because it was very relaxed and interactive. Our knowledgeable guide did not use the typical script but gave us important information and then talked to us about things we were interested in and answered our questions. We were able to see rooms on the first and second floor, as well as kitchen and storage area in the basement. The back porch is inviting and looks over a lovely area that may be rented for parties and wedding.

4 /5 Stuey G: Nice little tour. Cool house. Would suggest getting the 3 pass for the train museum and others. None of them are outstanding but overall a good value for 3.

5 /5 Robert F Prettyman: Beautiful historic home on Orleans Square designed by Charles Mccluskey in 1840 and preserved by the Society of Cincinnatus. Joan Sumner is an excellent and knowledgeable docent who shares not only the history of the house and its owners, but also the history of Savannah and Georgia.
