Hair Works - bainbridge - Bainbridge (GA)

1 /5 Kay Allen: I am new to the Bainbridge area, I needed a haircut so I reviewed several salons before settling on Hair Works. I wish I wouldve reviewed it a little more thoroughly. I was early for my appointment. I walked into the salon(4 employees who were on their phones & 1 customer)employees looked up from their phones long enough to notice I was there, asked what I needed. I stated I had an appointment. They stated my stylist was not there. Needless to say I was a bit surprised. My stylist arrived. I sat in the chair stated I needed a trim. She never washed my hair, dont know if that was something I needed to request. During the haircut she asked how it looked, I stated the left side was approximately 1" longer than the right. She proceeded to(try to)fix it. The haircut looks OK. It is uneven & the right side is choppy.I asked about some of the color services, my stylist acted like she didnt know what they were or it was too much of a bother to explain. They dont accept credit cards, only cash app, cash or checks. Was not informed of this until I payed. While paying with the cash app, my stylist just walked off. Very disappointed with my whole experience.

Two of my boys needed back to school hair cuts, but every salon I called was booked up (understandably so!). However, I was able to get same day appointments for both of them with Terri Lynn. She did an absolutely fantastic job cutting both of their hair and styling it the way they liked it. She is excellent at what she does, was super friendly, and immediately made us feel welcomed and at home, being new to the area. Would definitely recommend and plan on coming back!

5 /5 Lavonda Ingram: Megan is a great cosmetologist she listens to her clients and puts a lot of love in the way she does a hair style. Also, she can do makeup like really exceptionally great. My daughter just had her first school dance Megan at Hair Works spent over two hours making sure my daughter was a Princess before she left the shop. Thank you to Megan and all the other kind associates at Hair Work for taking great care of your clients.

5 /5 Randall Hatcher: Excellent service, excellent cut. She made me feel warm and welcomed. I chose this business and stylest because I seen how well she did my wifes hair. It was a great experience all around. But what took the cake was the precision she took on my hair to match the beard.
