1 /5 Kay Allen: I am new to the Bainbridge area, I needed a haircut so I reviewed several salons before settling on Hair Works. I wish I wouldve reviewed it a little more thoroughly. I was early for my appointment. I walked into the salon(4 employees who were on their phones & 1 customer)employees looked up from their phones long enough to notice I was there, asked what I needed. I stated I had an appointment. They stated my stylist was not there. Needless to say I was a bit surprised.
My stylist arrived. I sat in the chair stated I needed a trim. She never washed my hair, dont know if that was something I needed to request. During the haircut she asked how it looked, I stated the left side was approximately 1" longer than the right. She proceeded to(try to)fix it. The haircut looks OK. It is uneven & the right side is choppy.I asked about some of the color services, my stylist acted like she didnt know what they were or it was too much of a bother to explain.
They dont accept credit cards, only cash app, cash or checks. Was not informed of this until I payed. While paying with the cash app, my stylist just walked off.
Very disappointed with my whole experience.
