1 /5 Amber Springer-Lamb: I went to get a fill in on Friday, September 1 with Gel Polish. A man did my nails and by Saturday afternoon, 2 of my nails had chipped. By Sunday, there were 3 chipped. I went back Tuesday, September 5 to have them correct them and a lady fixed them, but had an attitude the entire time as if I had done something wrong. When I asked her why she thought they chipped, she nonchalantly said, "I dont know." Then I wake up this morning, September 6 to get ready for work, and 2 MORE nails have chipped, including one the lady apparently fixed yesterday! I am beyond upset and frustrated with this salon! I dont know if they are using cheap products or if the nail techs are inexperienced, but this is UNACCEPTABLE. I went to another nail salon near my home last month to get my nails done before vacation and was at the beach, in and out the ocean, and in the pool and my polish NEVER chipped and I had them for 3 weeks! Ive been to Luxury Nails plenty of times for pedicures because I work in the area, but September 1 was my first time getting my nails done here and will NEVER go back. I spent over $100 getting my nails and toes done and in 5 days, Ive had 5 nails chip, after 2 nail technicians worked on my nails. A waste of my time and money!

Kevin was so efficient & gentle- by far the best pedi of my life (I got the Jasmine Spa Treatment) & my mani was exactly as I wanted. If you want to get in & out quickly without missing out on all the lovely perks (massage, scented oil/lotion etc.) then ask for Kevin! Prices are unmatched too! -the glitter polish I’m wearing is a standard laquer #88 at the salon.

Sarah Farnham: First time visit to get a gel mani and pedi. The pedicure was great! But the manicure…. I’m currently bleeding from 6 of my fingers and in a lot of pain. I pointed out to the manicurist that she was making all of my cuticles bleed and she said she was just trying to “clean up my nails.” I finally had to ask her to stop with the cuticle nippers when she took a chunk out of my finger tip. She was very distracted talking to the other employees the whole time barely looking at what she was doing and when she was slapping lotion all over my arms at the end I finally just had to say thank you can we be done now? Update: my cuticle is now infected and so so painful!

Meghan Lancaster: Well me and my best friend come here for the convenience and usually for a fill in and it’s fine ….. but today we decided to get a new set and told them what we wanted .. simple coffin shape and stiletto shape .. simple paint color … this by far is the worst set that I have paid for my friend left with no polish!! Paid 100$ and they had an attitude the whole time bc god forbid we ask for what we want …. They are so rude and make us feel like we’re an inconvenience to them …. Just terrible I asked for coffin and I got a made up shape of ballerina /coffin mix !! We work hard for our money and shouldn’t feel like we’re the problem.. or try to be talked out of it argue over our own nails …. Never again pics to come ! This isn’t a shape and definitely not coffin Crooked thin ugh I’m so upset

Melissa Scott: I took these photos 4 days after getting my nails done. They were so bad I didn’t even let them finish the design I originally wanted. I went back in to get the paint removed a few days later and there was an hour wait so I went across the street next to Publix and got them fixed. The lady that did our pedicure was rough and not very welcoming. I’d say just go somewhere else, not worth it at all.

Had a minor scratch in my polish (my fault) 2 days after getting fresh nails, and Tony fixed it for free in about 30 seconds 5 minutes after I walked in. Great service, wonderful people. I love this place so much, I’ve been going for 30 years and have been taking my daughter (now 19) for many years as well. It’s the only place she will go when she’s home from school.
