1 /5 Amber Springer-Lamb: I went to get a fill in on Friday, September 1 with Gel Polish. A man did my nails and by Saturday afternoon, 2 of my nails had chipped. By Sunday, there were 3 chipped. I went back Tuesday, September 5 to have them correct them and a lady fixed them, but had an attitude the entire time as if I had done something wrong. When I asked her why she thought they chipped, she nonchalantly said, "I dont know." Then I wake up this morning, September 6 to get ready for work, and 2 MORE nails have chipped, including one the lady apparently fixed yesterday! I am beyond upset and frustrated with this salon! I dont know if they are using cheap products or if the nail techs are inexperienced, but this is UNACCEPTABLE. I went to another nail salon near my home last month to get my nails done before vacation and was at the beach, in and out the ocean, and in the pool and my polish NEVER chipped and I had them for 3 weeks! Ive been to Luxury Nails plenty of times for pedicures because I work in the area, but September 1 was my first time getting my nails done here and will NEVER go back. I spent over $100 getting my nails and toes done and in 5 days, Ive had 5 nails chip, after 2 nail technicians worked on my nails. A waste of my time and money!
