After talking to their General Manager Matt I was also able to schedule a new set of tires for the following Monday. Matt was super helpful and gave me a personal recommendation for a set of tires that would last me significantly longer for a little more money. I cant emphasize enough how happy I am with my purchase and the help that Matt was able to provide. Id recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Bob Morgan: I needed the starter replaced on my Jeep. I called Pro Tech on Thursday, left a message and was contacted later on in the day. They gave me a quote for the work which I thought was very reasonable. They set an appointment time for the next day and arrived about 30 minutes early. The repair took about 45 minutes, I paid them(two nice guys) and they left. Very well pleased and will use them again!!

I did need a new battery so they ordered one to be delivered very early the next morning. I Took my car in very early and was able to pick up before nine on. Very easy check in and checking out. I would recommend Grant Tire and Auto to my family and friends.

Only to be told the next day that he wouldn’t be able to make it. We then agreed for him to come to my house the following day at 10:30 only for me to receive a text that he had some other things going on. At this point I decided to take my car to a shop. If you are in need of auto repairs in a decent time frame. I WOULD NOT recommend this person.

Claire Douthit: Just got off with the phone with who I believe is the owner. My car is currently getting some work on the brakes at a different repair place. They called me to tell me that rear brakes were placed on the front of my car which in turn caused about $1000 of further damage to my vehicle. After looking at the carfax of my vehicle to make sure I was contacting the correct place, I gave Prime Complete Car Care a call. The man I spoke to refused to even search for a receipt unless I came in person. Since this repair, I have moved 200 miles from this shop, so that is not feasible. I tried providing information over the phone to prove my identity, but he refused to even search. He compared it to medical records. Whats funny is I can access medical information over the phone with identifying information. I was then told that I need to "talk to my dad because I sound too young to know what Im talking about". I was continuously gaslit over the phone, the man tried to discredit me, and I was lied to. I worked in customer service for years and was floored that this man felt that that comment was okay. There are very reputable places in Macon to have your car repaired. This is far from one of them.
