Prime Complete Car Care - Macon (GA)

1 /5 Claire Douthit: Just got off with the phone with who I believe is the owner. My car is currently getting some work on the brakes at a different repair place. They called me to tell me that rear brakes were placed on the front of my car which in turn caused about $1000 of further damage to my vehicle. After looking at the carfax of my vehicle to make sure I was contacting the correct place, I gave Prime Complete Car Care a call. The man I spoke to refused to even search for a receipt unless I came in person. Since this repair, I have moved 200 miles from this shop, so that is not feasible. I tried providing information over the phone to prove my identity, but he refused to even search. He compared it to medical records. Whats funny is I can access medical information over the phone with identifying information. I was then told that I need to "talk to my dad because I sound too young to know what Im talking about". I was continuously gaslit over the phone, the man tried to discredit me, and I was lied to. I worked in customer service for years and was floored that this man felt that that comment was okay. There are very reputable places in Macon to have your car repaired. This is far from one of them.

5 /5 Jaquiena Short: absolutely a great mechanic, great secretary, amazing service and very fair prices as a single mom it’s hard to trust someone with my vehicle and I trusted him and my car has been running great with the things that he fixed I would highly recommend this shop to any single mother, or father, who knows very little about cars. He will guide you in the right direction. It will not overcharge you and provide a warranty over his work and over his parts

He shows me exactly what was wrong with my car, which is very helpful. He also speaks Spanish which is very helpful for us non English speakers. I would definitely recommend this place! They give fair prices as well.

As a female with little car knowledge, I’m so grateful to have an honest mechanic in our area. It is reassuring to know I get the best price, all problems solved, and honest feedback about my car every single time I’ve come to this establishment. It is always a great experience and I will forever recommend coming here whether you have serious car trouble or just need an oil change!
