1 /5 PositiveVibes: I don’t like the new office on oak street. I noticed my last visit every time a parent checks in and turns away they’re always looking at each other giggling and whispering. Very unprofessional. I have a visit a couple of weeks ago and they were laughing so loud the lady sitting close kept looking over to see what the problem was. This place is getting worst not to mention the rudeness sometimes.

1 /5 Just A Mom: You should NEVER trust a Dentist or any Doctors office that wont allow the parents in with their child if the parent request it. I dont care what your policies are but a "MINOR" should always be whith a Family member or an adult over the age of 18 in order to be seen by any Physician ITS THE LAW! The only reason you any office would do this is if they are hiding something.... Maybe this is why the staff is so cocky and rude. Patients parents need to be more aware of what is going on with their children, a small child cant explain what happend or what kind of procedure was done to them, therefore the doctor can bill the insurance company whatever they want or even worse your child can be hurt. That is called good parenting.

5 /5 Allyn Key: My kids always go here, so I said will try them because a coworker said theyre good with wisdom teeth.... just left, pull it out with no issues!!! I highly recommend this office!!!

1 /5 Kimberly Dye: I was going to this Dentist office since I was a child . Never had any problems with any employees until months ago . The rudeness / attitudes from the employees is ridiculous now especially the ones that’s sitting up there in the front . Omg . Ridiculous. I went in the office last month to take my daughter for a tooth ache evidently some kinda way they were confuse on why I brought her in but nevertheless . They went ahead and clean her teeth . So one of the staff came out asking questions about y was my daughter there so I went to try to explain to her the reason and y she was there and the employee she continuing on of cutting me off . So by that time I said to her or u gonna let me speak . So another staff come out to talk with me by the time I was upset and not to mention I spoke with like 4different people by me beins of the workers weeks before that and g there . And I had also reported the attitudes of the workers weeks prior to this and yes I told t continued on and which it did but this time . The staff went in reported me I don’t know what they went back and told the boss but evidently it was lies no one never called me and asked me what happened . I took my daughter in on a wed afternoon . Friday afternoon I had received a letter from them canceling my appointment and my children appointment out which I think was very cruel and even told me to find another dentist and they will send my files to there office . I was gonna call them to see what was going on why did you’ll cancel out me and my children appointments and my daughter needs 7 filings in her mouth . Valdosta Dentist associates you will loose more then you have gain . You never treat people nasty in the way that you done me . I hope u loose all your business . Because that was Very Nasty of how u did . And you’ll have a blessed day and I will post my letter of how you all just boot me and my kids away like that . 1 /5 Rose Cooper: A little suggestion.....leave the billing and insurance issues and questions for the front desk. My insurance was verified by the girl up front before my arrival. It was very much valid so why is your hygienist worried and questioning my coverage while I am sitting in the chair? The coverage was verified again because nosey just saw an old note. Needless to say , I got my lil butt up and made an exit as I found this to be VERY unprofessional.
