Billy Wallace The staff was nice. Dr McGovern and his assistant was the best Ive been to so far! They went over everything, comfortable atmosphere. Made to feel like royalty. Other than relying on ibuprofen, it really didnt help the pain after the feeling returned later during the night. Major pain throughout the night, but overall, great treatment! Would love to return for future appointments. Thanks!!

Jayla Inman I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Alvarado and his team did an amazing job. During the consultation, he explained to me in great detail about to surgery and answered any questions and concerns that I had. As for as scheduling, I went for my consultation April 2, 2025 and had my surgery April 18, 2025. It was easy to schedule and the timeframe worked perfectly to have them removed. Mrs. Anita was wonderful in helping me schedule and finance. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Alvarado and his dental assistants made me feel comfortable and made the experience even better. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would highly recommend!

Haley Nix My first experience at H&M was absolutely wonderful! I went in for an Invisalign consultation. Eva did my intake and greeted me at the door as soon as I walked in. She went above and beyond to help me and answer all of my questions. All of the staff were very nice and professional. I will be going back in a few weeks to get my Invisalign!

Stephanie Mathis Went in for a second opinion and I knew from the moment we walked in that H&M was different. The staff was kind and helpful. Very little time was spent waiting. Everyone there included my daughter in the decision process and and made sure she was happy too. They made this day about her. All of our concerns were addressed and everything was explained thoroughly. We got braces the same day as our consult and while we paid a little more than one of the larger orthodontic groups, I feel we are getting a superior service and still remain a patient with a name and not a number. Today may be out first visit with H&M orthodontists, but the went above my expectations, so much so that I cancelled the next orthodontist we had scheduled for next week. If anyone else in our family needs orthodontic work we will definitely use Hester & Morris.

Chasity Burkhalter I’ve used H & M Ortho for a couple of years throughout my childhood and absolutely loved them! The staff was so friendly and nice. Although, I had glue come off my bonded retainer. The retained was till I’m tact and did not move but I was still weary of my teeth shifting so I got it replaced. The initial appointment was great and the staff was still very nice as before. But after my mouth had calmed down from hurting from replacing the retainer I noticed that one of my teeth looked either chipped or had glue on it that made it look chipped. I am not a dentist/orthodontist so I was initially so worried that my tooth had been chipped as that was my biggest fear. I called back and was told that it looked like glue which took a lot of worries off as the lady that answers the phone acted like she didn’t want to help or either didn’t know what to do so she transferred me to another lady who was nice and made me send a picture of my tooth to her, I’m assuming to see if it was chipped or glue. Then a second appointment was scheduled to get the glue off. Upon arrival the staff was okay but then as I sat down I heard the front desk staff say “go tell (I’m guessing the tech) that that girl is here that was complaining about her teeth being messed up” followed by a bunch of laughing and snaring. This kind of rubbed me the wrong way as that was not very professional at all as I was sitting there. The tech came and got me and brought me back and was very nice. Although the glue that was on my tooth was something I couldn’t feel but I could see. After I was done and got back to my car and looked into the mirror, my tooth still had glue on it so I feel like the tech didn’t listen to me or either did not know what I was talking about. I went back into the office as this is why the appointment was scheduled in the first place, mind you I was already aggravated with the snide remarks and now the glue was still on my tooth. Once I got back into the office, the front desk acted like it was a big deal to help me. But I got a different tech and went back again. Finally after explaining everything again, the glue was gotten off my tooth. I say all this to basically say the front desk staff was not very professional at all and please listen closely to your clients concerns.

Kayla Simpson This was my first time going to Duggan Dental and I enjoyed the atmosphere!!!!! Dr. Dan, his wife and all the nurses at Duggan Dental are very nice and polite. You feel welcomed and right at home. I definitely recommend 10 out of 10

Terrie Dinkins Adams Orthodontics is great! They have a very friendly, knowledgeable staff. From getting started to putting the braces on, my son has been very comfortable. Dr. Adams takes the time to get to know his patients. He doesnt rush to treatment, instead takes the time to make sure that a plan is set up to meet your individual needs. Highly recommend!

Spero Karadimos After spending 4000 dollars in 3 months my upper partial that he made did not fit right and the front teeth were to short. After going back 3 times to try to adjust it I said you need to start over with the partial. He said he could but there would be a charge for that. I told him I was not paying for it and left it on the counter. Still working with credit card company about that charge. Keep in mind I had been going to him for 7 years never had a problem with him before and probably spent close to 10k with him. If I could have given zero I would have. All I can say is beware he was always very friendly with me except when I had an issue with him this llast time. I have since gotten another partial from another dentist and it fit perfectly from day 1. Dr Black I thought we had a good working relationship but boy was I wrong. I guess all is good until there is a problem and then no matter what its not his fault. I was also threatened with small claims court. I will never go back there again.

Milinda I’ve been a patient since about 2003. Very friendly staff, clean office and quiet environment. The wait time is less than 5 minutes (if at all) once you check in. Love it there!

Shae I am overly obsessed with this office after my first visit!!! If I could, I would give it 10 stars right off the bat!!! I absolutely love everyone that works here, from Lisa at the front desk, who kept me entertained from the time I walked in to even after my appointment, to the dental hygienists and the dental assistants. Especially Laura—she is my girl and I absolutely adore her. My anxiety was at an all-time high, and I must say she kept me calm the whole time. Her compassion and empathy skills are top tier. The moment that really pulled on my heartstrings was when she placed her hand over my shaking hands to calm me and then coached me through the procedure by telling me how good of a job I was doing and reassuring me that everything was okay. I also can’t forget about the man who made this business possible, Dr. Reagin, who is a blessing himself. Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a tooth removal with him, and let’s just say it was a 10 out of 10!!!! He was so attentive, sweet, patient, kind, and caring—just overall delightful to work with. I did not feel a thing (which is always a big concern for me), and the process was quick and easy on my part lol. I am happy that a family member referred me to Dr. Reagin because now I have to say that I found a new dentistry family for all my dental needs ❤️ 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!!

KR The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hendrix took good care of me and had great bedside manners. The woman who did my EKG today really was attentive if making sure she was doing everything right. Very happy to have them for my primary care.

K. Applegate Ive been trying to reach the office on the phone for 4 days. Not only arent they answering, they have turned off the answering service to leave a message or talk to a nurse. Meanwhile I have one of their established patients that has a terminal illness that cant get help. She has lost 26 pounds in the last month. I dropped off 1 form that would take 3 min to fill out, so the client cant get her feeding tube formula that she cant afford, and I cant get them to fill it out. Cant get ahold of them to get her in... Literally crickets.

Jen Collins PHC IS GREAT! They help those on a limited income who dont have health insurance! Most of the Drs,nurses, and staff are great! Megan H, NP always does great at helping me and making sure I get the care that I need. Highly recommend if you dont have insurance.

Codi Cellini I could literally give Dr. Alvarado the biggest hug ever. I started having severe pain a few days after my wisdom teeth removal and his staff was quick to get me in to be seen. I know the issue I had is probably an everyday thing for him but to me it meant so much!! I was in so much pain and now it has resolved tremendously!! Dr. Alvarado and his staff are the best!

Ashley Rose This office is absolutely amazing. Sierra managed to get me in last minute for a consultation, and even get me a quick surgery day. (Okay that girl is seriously wonderful). From that very first phone call, all the way through my surgery, they took care of me and did so well. After surgery, I had an awful experience at another place and left in tears, so they got me back into their office same day. Dr. Alvarado is amazing. His staff really make you feel at home. They treat you like family and definitely took away the anxiety about my surgery. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They always have a smile, and exceeded my expectations. The DankMan i went in to have a tooth exstracted today as everyone knows there is nothing fun about that but i will have to say that Dr. Lawarance made it very comfortable he was friendly, fast, and spot on. I will be back for sure . Patti Jones Consultation for my daughter to have implants went amazing in November but I have failed to ever get a call back for the estimate. I literally have called 10 times & basically every time I call same thing they can’t find where insurance co received & they will resubmit & call me but that has yet to happen & here it March!!! I did call last week & ask for my consultation fee back because I felt that was fair when I drive an hour and half & can’t even get a call back.

Gail Smith My surgery was done incorrectly even cutting into my jawbone and exposing bone. Dr Myers stopped during my surgery and told the assistant to call the dentist office that sent me and send me back to them right away. My mouth was packed with gauze, which was even hanging out of my mouth, and I went across town to my dentist office. I did not have disolvable stitches so my stitches needed to be removed in a week to 10 days. Dr Myers nor anyone from his office has ever called to check on me, give me an appointment to remove the stitches, nothing. I ended up with a terrible infection that made me very sick, had to cut out most of my own stitches and ended up having to have emergency surgery somewhere else 9 days later due to the mess my mouth was in and all the exposed bone sticking out. What has should have been a simple extraction of 9 teeth, all in a row, turned into a nightmare that Im still not completely healed from over a month and 2 surgeries later. I would stay very far away from this place. Theres plenty of other good oral surgeons in town.

PositiveVibes I don’t like the new office on oak street. I noticed my last visit every time a parent checks in and turns away they’re always looking at each other giggling and whispering. Very unprofessional. I have a visit a couple of weeks ago and they were laughing so loud the lady sitting close kept looking over to see what the problem was. This place is getting worst not to mention the rudeness sometimes.

Just A Mom You should NEVER trust a Dentist or any Doctors office that wont allow the parents in with their child if the parent request it. I dont care what your policies are but a "MINOR" should always be whith a Family member or an adult over the age of 18 in order to be seen by any Physician ITS THE LAW! The only reason you any office would do this is if they are hiding something.... Maybe this is why the staff is so cocky and rude. Patients parents need to be more aware of what is going on with their children, a small child cant explain what happend or what kind of procedure was done to them, therefore the doctor can bill the insurance company whatever they want or even worse your child can be hurt. That is called good parenting.

I waited 6 months to get in there as a new patient and this was my first interaction. I left and won’t be back.

Leann Ramey From the moment I walked in as a new patient everyone made me feel at ease, we came up with a dental plan for my teeth and they spent time explaining everything and breaking down the pricing. My next appointment was scheduled on the spot to have 5 teeth pulled and be fitted for a partial, she had me in and out in under an hour at that appointment which was amazing for everything that was done. The extraction process was so quick and near painless, I had very little swelling and the next day I felt great. This is by far the best practice I have ever been to and I will recommend them to everyone! Huge Thank you to the whole team!

Kayla Graham Called to schedule an appointment I have two types of dental insurance but they wouldn’t take me because I had one type they don’t accept even though they accepted my other insurance. Made no sense at all seeing they accepted the one insurance. Instead of explaining why this was the case… I was hung up on.
