5 /5 Tero Pero: Finding a trustworthy and cost-effective auto repair shop can be a real challenge, especially when facing steep repair estimates. I first came to this shop 2 years ago on the recommendation of a friend after the McDonough Toyota dealer quoted me over $5,000 for front-end suspension work. Admittedly, I was nervous about taking my car anywhere else, but I decided to give them a chance. Their estimate came in at just over half of what the dealer was charging, and I was immediately on board. They completed the repairs, and I have been beyond satisfied with the results—my vehicle has been running smoothly without any issues for the past two years. What sets this shop apart is they have been honest about what was needed. The team here is straightforward, knowledgeable, and willing to answer my many questions with patience and a great attitude. I recently returned for brake replacement, and once again, they provided quality work at a very reasonable price. So far this shop has offered me reliable and fair-priced auto repairs.

5 /5 L L: They definitely took care of me & my vehicle. I bought a used car that needed quite a few things & Mr. James & staff were able to do everything & more. They even offered to take me home & pick me up because I didn’t stay too far. Prices were affordable. My car still works.

This place charged almost $700 worth of just labor from me for the same issue until an expert disclose that a lot of the technicians are very lazy which is very true along with the owner. The owner is just money hungry and does NOT care. I would not suggest anyone to ever Spend their hard earned money with this business. They changed my thermostat part 5 times for the same issue (car overheating) telling me that I needed a new one from the dealer. Even after having the dealer part installed, I continued to have the same issue. The expert tech disclosed to me I could have saved all my money had they just ran a test which took only literally 3min! I am livid!!! I am a single mom of five children and this is very disheartening to know that this business operates in this manner!

1 /5 Candies Beasley: This place is only good for oil changes … maybe not even that. We’ve been coming here for many years (5-6 to be exact) & over the last 2-3 years (basically since the pandemic) their service drastically declined!! The most recent issue was my little sister had a very small coolant leak when she took her car here to get her brakes changed. However when she got her car back (from receiving a brake change) the coolant leak was significantly worse (went from little drops to a puddle overnight). I attached pictures of the old coolant spots (which you see are small drops) & the most fresh coolant spot (which is the huge puddle that miraculously happened overnight after we received her car back from them) We took it to another mechanic (who is certified & works in a similar auto care shop - i want to avoid adding their info to prevent backlash) & he informed us someone damaged her coolant pipe (pictured below) which was causing a massive leak. Never again will we bring our cars here. Again this isnt the first time we’ve had issues with them but this was definitely the worse. We will be going to the one on north henry from now on. Car owners beware of this auto shop.
