5 /5 Long Trinh: Glenn was a lifesaver. I called his service at an odd hour and he drove immediately to my residence to diagnose my vehicle. He ordered the parts and came by the next day to conduct the repair on my radiator. Extremely knowledgeable and gives it to you straight. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Chuck Vaughn: Glenn is polite, knowledgeable, honest and dependable. I had a broken pulley on my serpentine belt. He arrived when he said he would, got right to work, pulled the bad part, and ran straight to grab a new one. He had my car running and ready in less than 30 minutes. It cost less than just the tow would have to another mechanic. I highly recommend Glenn. Hes solid.

1 /5 Mayah Wicker: HORRIBLE! Customer service is terrible on the phone. He said to send him the info & he could come first thing in the morning. Never showed. I’ve had to call & text multiple times to get a response. I even had a friend call from a different number because he doesn’t respond. When he finally answered the phone, he said there were people ahead & it would only be a 2 hour wait & I ended up waiting 6 hours, even with constant communication on my end. All I needed was a small service and I had to end up calling someone else to get the job done. Would not attempt business again because clearly he doesn’t want to make any money.

1 /5 Austin Terry: Called last week to get my brakes fixed as Im moving out of town this week. Called, got a quote, and he said he could be there same day. Hours go by, and after being reassured someone will come that day, he never showed up. Called and rescheduled for the next day and he still never showed up and never called or texted me, so I had to hire someone else. Horrible customer service, very glad I did not pay him in advance.
