1 /5 Ragan Simms: The person at the front desk was great. But the young man doing the cleaning was very unprofessional. He came out front talking about someone special needs child. When I walked in he was arguing with a parent. He didnt want to service the children because he was ready to go home. He did not do a cleaning on my son teeth. He told one of his coworkers that it was a waste of water. I was told that medicaid dont cover deep cleanings when I know they do for children. I was questioned when I told them that I also have commercial dental insurance as well. I will bring my child back there. This visit was a complete waste of time.

5 /5 Alexis Griszell: Our visit at Franklin Dental was Fantastic!!! After reading the negative reviews I was concerned that I had made a major mistake. However, the service I received was fantastic! Giselle was pleasant and assisted me with check in. My appointment was at 8:00AM and doors were open at 7:45. My son was called back at 8:03. My insurance had already been checked prior to my arrival. At the end of my son’s appointment, his next 6 month visit was ready and I was able to make an additional appointment or fillings for a Saturday!!! Overall the visit was great and the staff was AMAZING!!

1 /5 Wendi Chishom: As a medical professional your front office staff are the first people you will interact with and they set the tone for the initial visit. They made this visit horrible they smirked in my face because they had to go the extra mile to verify insurance. I dont want to speak on procedure because each doctors office runs their office as how things work out for them with patients, medical records, etc. I do not appreciate the fake treatment I received from your front office staff. How dare you smirk in my face because if I was petty I could point out a million things I couldve smirked at about them. Please learn etiquette because someone who isnt professional will handle that differently. You do not know what people go through daily. Treat others how you want to be treated. Front office receives a 1 if I could give them a ZERO I would. Thank you.

1 /5 Rosetta White: If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would. I initially gave a 4 star rating due to the quality of service I received. My opinion has now changed. I took both my children to this location and was told both of my babies had multiple cavities and even needed a root canal. I went and got a second opinion cause I knew my children didn’t have that many issues. I was right to do so. NO cavities NO root canal needed. The fact that they tried to scam my insurance is totally insane. I would not trust this location.
