5 /5 Miss Sherry Arnold: The last time I went here was for Tyshon Dye funeral. When I know funerals are supposed to always be a sad occasion, but there was just something so different about this one. We actually had a home going for a very handsome Angel who left us real early but left a GREAT legacy and left great memories with all types of people, his family, friends, coaches & classmates he was just a great all around guy with a beautiful spirit who always carried an angelic smile on his face.
My family & I attended First Baptist church for almost a whole year, I met people who were different than me, but we served the same God, so we worship God together, praised God together, read the Bible together, even ate plenty of times together, even at there houses. We laughed together during the holidays sitting around there fire place. I appreciated the hospitality and the generosity of this church family. God bless you all!!!
First Baptist Church is a big beautiful church and Im glad that Pastor Raymond is still there doing a beautiful job growing his congregation and allowing people to use the facilities for weddings & funerals.
