1 /5 Victoria: If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute nightmare. My shipment was not only delayed by over a week, but I was given no updates, no communication, and when I called customer service, I was met with rudeness and excuses from a lady called Vicky.
They promised a delivery window and completely blew past it with no apology or explanation. When I finally got through to someone, they didn’t even know where my freight was. I was told, “It should be somewhere in the system.” Are you serious?
To make things worse, when the shipment finally arrived, it was damaged—boxes crushed, items missing, and no paperwork provided. And surprise: they tried to blame me for it.
Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve worked with many freight companies over the years, and this one is by far the most disorganized, careless, and unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually respects your time, money, and cargo.
