5 /5 jimer616: Such a fun experience at Escape Blue Ridge! We did the Bigfoot escape room and had an absolute blast. The room was creative, well-designed, and full of clever puzzles that kept us on our toes. The theme was fun and immersive—perfect for all ages. The staff was amazing—super friendly and helpful. They had great timing and knew exactly when to give us a hint without giving too much away. You can tell they really care about making sure everyone has a great time. If you’re in the area and looking for something exciting to do, definitely check this place out. Can’t wait to try another room next time we’re in town!

1 /5 Valerie Ward-Menard: Extremely disappointed in the customer service here. I wanted to book online. They told me that I didn’t have to that I could come in and reserve it when I got there. We came to book and the timeslot was already filled up with no additional options for the day. Poor Communication and extreme lack of accountability. Extremely extremely upsetting

5 /5 Brian Taylor: We did the Wizarding School escape room. It was well done, and we finished with over 12 minutes to go, but weve done a number of rooms before. Buy tickets ahead of time to get the room you want and no wait.

5 /5 Jason I: We did the Bigfoot Escape today (4/8/25) and our game host was Gavin. He was terrific! Very polite and helpful along the way, made it out with 1 second left on the timer...haha! Hes definitely a great asset to the business and we would come back and do it again!!

5 /5 Rachel Coppage: The husband and I did both the Wizarding and Bigfoot escape. Both game masters we had were awesome!! The clues were very helpful and they would provide them if they see you struggling or if you asked for them! You could also request for them to not give any clues unless you asked for them! Very helpful and considerate for every type of play style! We only played with two people but we completed both with plenty of time to spare! Highly recommended!
