1 /5 Isadora Rivera: BAD experience. Will never be back. LUCETTE WAS THE WORST.
June 2023 I scheduled my appointment with Adrienne. She was very respectful, she was pleasant but she did not do a good job, she didnt cover my roots as I repeatedly (+4×) requested, left stains in my face from the color, did not add face framing as requested, and color was not at all as I requested it.
She was nice and was willing to see me again another time as she said: "We need to close the owner does not allow for us to work after 7pm, is late".
When I returned, while I was communicating with Adrienne how to fix my hair, Lucette, stepped in with opinions, nobody asked her, she was not the owner, she was Not was hairstylist, she was SO RUDE, she was rushing me.
Something she said: "You keep looking at your hair and is 7:10!"
I was clear and I said I was only going to speak with Adrienne, Lucette kept mentioning about time wasted. This was the worst experience ever at a hair salon!
I had enough that night, I requested my money back.
Adrianne, and the receptionist, were able to speak with the owner, and asked me to give them a chance to meet with the owner another day, I accepted.
When returned the owner was serious, my impression was that she was not happy with me, body language was: "ok say what you need to say lets be done".
Her husband also enter the room, I felt that he was a little more willing to help, and thrive to have a good understanding.
They did apologize for Lucettas awful attitude but he said that he believed Lucettas intentions were good, that she wanted to help. NO! I do not believe that, no excuse to treat people like this.
Owner also mentioned that they have stayed late before in order to finish their work, and that they "never" told the employees to close by a certain time.
I was willing that the owner would fix my hair, or Adrianne but under the owners supervision, but the owner said she did not have any time, but I guessed her intentions were to just give me my money back so I can leave. Owners didnt even offer anything special for this issue.
So I decided to take my money back, as I was leaving I requested the owner to removed my face stains, with a not so pleasant attitude she vaguely tried with no success, she said she did not see any stains.
I left so dissatisfied, so frustrated, but...lesson learned.
People deserve to be treated with Dignity, and Respect.
If I was the owner, I would myself take the time to fix the customer problem, and offer something special like: next haircut for free, or a free deep conditioning treatment.
Not returning for sure.
