ItsAmilliaTV: Horrible wait time. They won’t the money on time but can’t even be on time. My appointment was at 12:05 and I was here at 11:40. It is now 12:20 and I still have 2 people in front of me.
Red: This dentist office has the most amazing staff! I just recently started going here, and on my first visit I received a tour, a gift bag, and was introduced to everyone! They made me feel so welcomed, and comfortable! Dr.Drake done 2 extractions and was absolutely fantastic! I’ve had extractions before, and would always be in so much pain the following day. Dr.Drake made sure that the removal did not cause any pain, or discomfort the following days, and took his time to properly remove the 2 teeth that were bad. I can’t say enough good things about this office! My family, and I will be going here from now on!
Jaiden Bradford: I don’t know how I feel about coming here anymore after today’s experience. I have been here since before the “switch” to RAD and I must admit that the hospitality isn’t in the building like before, for me at least(a young, black woman). I received what I felt were micro aggressions from one of the receptionists, which I really didn’t appreciate. She kept acting as if I was receiving a blessing and should be thankful that my appointment was able to be moved to still be on the same day, as if I requested that specifically. I don’t know, very child like behavior. Probably wouldn’t recommend, but since I’ve already financially committed, I must stay.
Glenn Cunningham: My experience here is of a group of people that are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and caring. They have created an atmosphere that is quiet and welcoming, with staff behind the counter that while busy, will look up and smile. I liked how they talked to patients in the waiting room, and how they talked to me during my procedures. I liked how they remembered me not only by the info on my chart, they also listened to me and remembered particular things I told them that were important to me.
Like many men, going to the doctors is a chore, but this was made a pleasant one by the staffs attitude. I can confidently say they care and Im glad I’m their patient.
Tierra Anderson: Love everyone at this office! So personable and nice. Angela Huber is amazing! She helped make my pregnancy experience so great from each appointment to delivery!
