5 /5 Joseph Dunn: This place is AMAZING! I came here because I required two root canals and the dentist I was seeing wasnt able to perform the procedure; and all the other dental offices on my town are booked until the end of May or even September (what?!)
First, I called Tuesday afternoon and they were literally able to get me into the office within 2 days.
Second, from the moment I walked in, every single person I spoke to was kind, polite, and caring. Nicole (I think shes the dental assistant but Im not sure what her title is) was cracking jokes and doing everything she could to make me more comfortable. Also, they let you listen to music or whatever so you can can drown out the drills!
Third, every member of staff was incredibly knowledgeable and gentle; Dr. Johnson explained exactly what the procedure would entail and what to expect, while Nicole and Glenda added even more comfort to what would would otherwise have been a very stressful day.
Fourth, knowing I was working on a budget, Terry did everything she possibly could to help find a plan that would work for me.
And fifth; Christine at the front desk was kind and informative; she made me feel right at home.
In short, these people go above and beyond, and truly seem to care about their patients!
