1 /5 Kristin Atkinson: My children and I were patients here and my daughter is having a dental emergency. Even though I told them that she was in pain and to ask the dr if maybe they might be able to make an exception, they refused to see her stating that they aren’t accepting “new” patients and she would be considered new. Just. It’s no wonder dentists have a bad reputation when it comes to patients feeling safe and comfortable. Not a good look at all.

1 /5 Breanna Castro: Please properly educate your staff. Under no circumstances should a nursing mother ever be approached and asked to stop nursing or move to another location. What your staff member did was not only shameful and out of line but ILLEGAL. I’m disgusted with her actions.

1 /5 Cara Cerullo: Dr. Patricks practice manager needs to gain a little enlightenment and education regarding the rights of breastfeeding mothers and their babies. Shame on her for her treatment of Ms. Ramirez and her family. And shame on Dr. Patrick for attempting to excuse the behavior.

5 /5 David Corbin: As the son of a dentist I was very apprehensive of seeing any other Doctor after my father passed. Dr. Patrick and staff put all that to ease and have done work I know he would be very proud of. The best part is I can smile again!

I hope you have learned a lesson that you cannot treat people this way. Breastfeeding is a normal and natural thing to do. Breasts aren’t JUST for sexual purpose. It’s too bad that your staff doesn’t get that.

They put me in control rather than try to rush me into something like a major Chain dental clinic seems to do. I felt like a person rather than just a body. ***Follow up: Friday was my 4 th visit. I’m being fitted for new upper dentures and a lower partial. I like the fact that they take their time to do the proper preliminary work. As well as taking the time to ensure a proper fit. After they performed a minor procedure on my mouth , even my old dentures were less uncomfortable. So I’m still feeling better about how they are taking their time vs simply rushing me out the door. I’ll revise this once again after the final product is done. But so far, so good
