Consumer 3: First impressions matter, Alex!! As a receptionist, youre the first face patients see that represents the business, yet you continually present with a grumpy disposition. Ive listened to YOU be rude to several patients, which made me uncomfortable. You have even yelled at me across the lobby regarding sensitive information in my chart, which is a HIPPA violation. While Alex has had some better, more pleasant days, encountering Alexs bad attitude should NOT be the norm; and is certainly not conducive to the clean and professional environment I believe Dr. Patel and his other staff members are trying to provide.
