As a receptionist, youre the first face patients see that represents the business, yet you continually present with a grumpy disposition. Ive listened to YOU be rude to several patients, which made me uncomfortable. You have even yelled at me across the lobby regarding sensitive information in my chart, which is a HIPPA violation. While Alex has had some better, more pleasant days, encountering Alexs bad attitude should NOT be the norm; and is certainly not conducive to the clean and professional environment I believe Dr. Patel and his other staff members are trying to provide.

However, I feel compelled to share that during my last visit, Yardley, the Hygienist, did an exceptional job of putting me at ease throughout my treatment. I appreciated that she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and consistently checked in by asking, "How are you feeling?" She managed to make a painful situation significantly more comfortable.

The dentist they recommended was an out-and-out professional, and I’m thrilled 1-800 Dentist connected me with him. He’s so good that I’m thinking about making him my primary dentist soon.

Gwinnett Family Dental Care - Lawrenceville Christian Lee: A very pleasant experience overall, punctual and thorough, Angelique did an excellent cleaning on my teeth and helped explain things clearly, and Ebony helped a lot with explaining my insurance policy and helped me really maximize my coverage and get my next service set up. Very clean and pleasant business, will be returning and have another appointment set up next week! Would recommend Gwinnett Family Dental Care.

Dr. Baye came to check on me again, even though we saw each other not long ago for a filling, gave me the chance to discuss a small concern, and everything was fine. I am leaving relaxed and with a next appointment and instructions.

Everyone is friendly, professional and warming. I will definitely make this my primary dental office. Only reason I gave a 4.5 star is because the price (which was not high, at all) is not given/discussed up front but rather after service has been completed. Overall this was a GREAT first experience in my opinion.

They’re extremely kind and gentle! They take pride in their work and care about detail. Very clean office! Were extra sweet to my almost four year old who couldn’t stop showing off her clean teeth when we got home! Will highly recommend to others!
