05-2025 Dr. Brian G. Chrzan, DDS in Best 5 Dental Clinics and Dentists in Sandersville, GA You Can Rely OnDental Wellness Center of Jesup - Jesup Daisy Acevedo: I genuinely enjoyed this practice and the staff and dentists until this year. I got charged $350 as a “schedule interference fee” because I cancelled 5 appointments in a row. I have only ever cancelled 1 appointment and it was because I moved to Texas. The girl I spoke to on the phone said “everything is recorded and I see all your rescheduled appointments” and I told her “rescheduling and canceling are two very different things”. I work in the medical field and know better than to cancel last minute. I always called in at least a day or two before my appointment if i had to reschedule, because again I work in the medical field and we are always short staffed and short on time. They have you pay 1/2 down to even schedule a procedure and then the other 1/2 at the time of service. Which I liked because it can get pretty pricey. However, when you pay almost $200 down and then inform them that you moved and would no longer be utilizing their services and ask for that money back they find any excuse to not return it. I have been calling 2-3 times a week trying to get a hold of the office manager and she’s always with a pt and they are taking a message and will have her call me back. It is going on one month and I am seriously considering taking legal action.

Jon P Simmons Family Dentistry - Jesup Luna Reinhart: Great experience! I have dental anxiety and had a bad experience at my last dentist. This was like night and day. Instead of immediately suggesting I get my wisdom teeth pulled Dr. Simmons took care of them with a filling instead. This is how I know hes a great dentist who isnt just looking to charge me for ridiculous treatments.

We have given this place MULTIPLE chances. This last time was the last straw.
At 12:30am my girlfriend woke from a dead sleep with a severe pain in her head. She never even gets headaches, so I was immediately worried. She couldn’t walk or see straight. I took her to the ER part of the hospital and the check in process took forever for no reason at all. The check in staff had no worries in the world & were downright lazy. After waiting for 30 minutes (which is usually a 2-3 hour wait) we were taken back to get vitals done. That worker asked about 2 questions then took us to a room and stated “the doctor will be in shortly”….. Incorrect. I started a timer just to see how long it would really take. My girlfriend was tossing and turning in pain and 1 whole hour went by with no nurse or doctor to come into the room. I called the nurses station and she stated “oh he’s doing rounds so he’ll be in shortly”…. That “shortly” lasted about 40 more minutes. Then a doctor entered the room & asked about 3 more questions after barley examining her, asked her three times if she took any medication… Clearly this man wasn’t listening to a single thing either of us said the entire time he was in the room (which was about 5 whole minutes). He stated that he wanted to do a scan on her head to rule out anything serious and that a nurse will be in right after he left to get her some pain medication in the meantime… yeah right. Another HOUR goes by and not a single human came into the room. I stepped into the hall and it was like a ghost town. It was now 3:30 AM. We then left without telling anyone, which I’m sure no one even noticed. I took her the next day to hinesville to get the proper care she needed. The doctor there was baffled by how that hospital handled her care.
This place is a JOKE. The reviews are 100% correct. Horrible experience for the 3rd time. The first time we ever visited this hospital they wrongly diagnosed my girlfriend & she got sever bronchitis because of it. This place should be torn down to be honest. Your better off getting medical care from a local dollar general worker than the staff at this hospital.
