I also enjoyed seeing Parker at his Retirment event last Friday. I was very surprised that the new Dr. was not there to meet his new customer base, nor was he in the office at my appointment yesterday. Service Great, not the way (professional) I would have done it with the new person coming in

1 /5 Mama Dee: This office is becoming a joke! Upon calling the number for almost a week. A text message is sent telling you that you can only inquire about their office and make an appointment or anything else by text or online. So your staff is that short to where you won’t even hire anyone to answer your phones. Afford a front desk receptionist and or clerk to actually answer and return your phone calls. I’ve been waiting for a return call as promised by your text to answer insurance questions that I was told by text that you can’t answer by text or online. This is a very short and terrible way your office is conducting business. If this is how a simple return phone call is handled. I can’t even imagine how the dental care is handled. You’ve lost a potential customer. Public be aware of who you try to do business with. Unfortunately you can’t move forward with your review unless you select at least one star. You don’t even deserve 1 star!

5 /5 Charles Palmer: Exceptional care always from Dr Parker Westbrook and his staff Today I was at practice to have a cleaning. Mandy does an exceptional job I was sad that Dr Westbrook has retired but he really deserved it. I worked for him several years ago for a long period of time. Today I met another Dentist , Dr Richard McNeely , and felt comfortable to have him and plan to keep my appointments on his day at the practice. Hoping him the best. It would be great if the Dental Partners would commit to him as the one & only Dentist in the practice . We in small towns like to know who we are going to see
