5 /5 Kelly Wolfe: I want to thank you so much for making my children feel so comfortable. It makes me proud to know my little girl now loves the dentist. Its all because of this wonderful dentists office, the sweetest staff and the amazing dentist himself. I recommend this pediatric dentistry over all in Georgia. Again, thank you soso much!!!

1 /5 Alicia W: The worse dentist I have ever been to since becoming a mother 17 years ago. My 16 and 13 year old had appointments today. They just cleaned and was letting them leave. My son’s wisdom teeth were suppose to be pulled this summer but the dentist had an emergency. No one ever rescheduled and didn’t answer after my numerous attempts. So I addressed it today with the dentist and about my 13 year old braces she’s suppose to be getting. I was welcomed with rudeness from the dentist and she even spoken on my 13 year old being petite but so am I smh. THEY WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN AND IM REPORTING THEM!

1 /5 Celeste Owen: Horrible dentist. My 13 year old went back and had a terrible experience with them. They told her to raise her hand if she felt any pain during procedure and she did several times - I wasn’t allowed back which was odd my other kids I was allowed back there 4 & 6 , but she raised her had and was told to put it down , she came back with sores all in her mouth & crying her eyes out . My 4 year old I was told needed a mouth full of caps , got a second opinion and didn’t . Lol. Also my neice went back she was told to shut up crying she’s 14 as well they messed her mouth completely up it was bad . She came out crying also was told to raise hand if any pain and was told to put her hand down . I highly doubt not recommend this dentist.

1 /5 Christina Wright: PARENTS! READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! First visit with Ambrose was completely terrible & our last. Walking up, we could hear the TV outside of the office! In the waiting area the lights were off. Various pieces of trash were scattered around the floor of the waiting area. No activity area for kids just the obnoxiously loud TV of a terrible show. When we got called back they couldnt get my daughters name right despite numerous corrections. When she was taken in to get xrays no one was told to leave the room. 2 highly unqualified people were attempting to take her xrays. It seemed like one person that was barely trained was training a 2nd person. It took 5 separate times of xrays & Im not saying only 5 photos. It was easily 20 plus photos. My husband had had enough & told them to stop trying to xray her. Once he said that the techs said "those last ones were good". My 5 yr old was completely still & listened aside from gagging some. So it was no issue on her end. The actual cleaning by the hygienist was decent. But no sunglasses or other type of eye protection are offered for the kids. There were numerous trash cans throughout the office that were overflowing with trash including food waste. The entire office was just unkempt. Exposed wires throughout the open cleaning area that my daughter almost tripped over. The dentist only spent a very few minutes with us. Claimed that she would need 8 full crowns. But this claim was even after him stating that the xrays were bad. We had such a negative experience in this office that we called a different office for another opinion & experience. The other office that we went to even tried calling Ambrose to get my daughters small file from them but Ambrose didnt even return their calls. With seeing the new dentist my daughter doesnt need 8 full crowns at all. The other dentist far exceeds Ambrose & we will not be returning.

1 /5 Will Wright: This was the first visit to this dentist office and will be our last. Walking into a waiting area where the lights were off, the TV was so loud you could hear it from outside. The waiting area didnt have anything for children either. Thats also when We first noticed a trash can was overflowing. Once called back, we were immediately taken to X-rays, where it appeared to be 2 people with very little knowledge or skill set in taking the X-rays. The trash can there was overflowing as well. It took over 5 attempts, I dont mean 5 photos, I mean over 20 photos to "finally get them right" when it came to the Xrays. But I stepped in and asked them to stop and get the dentist or someone better trained to take more if they needed. The X-ray technician showed no concern for safety while taking the photos, allowing people in the room, directly in front of the machine. Then, we went into the open room, where I observed a lot more overflowing trash cans and generally unkempt areas. There were wires and cords everywhere. My child almost tripped over some just as they were getting down from the chair. While cleaning, the hygienist didnt offer any type of sunglasses or way to shield eyes, but was otherwise nice and professional. The dentist spent a short few minutes with us, going over the need for 8 full crowns and actually mentioned the X-rays werent that clear. We knew we needed to not only find a new dentist but get a second opinion as well ( my child didnt even need half of that they claimed she needed). I fully suspect insurance fraud and will be reporting the office as well. When our new dentist called to try and get the x-rays, this office didnt respond in days too!
