    Catherine Flournoy: I certainly had fell out of love with getting my natural nails done I was paying 40 to 50 bucks at the “traditional “ nail salons for the polish to chip in a couple of days. It simply was not worth the money. My nails would be brittle and unhealthy after visiting nail salons. I stopped getting my nails done, because there was not a market for healthy natural nails. A friend recommended Yolanda… while I was hesitant I eventually went after admiring her nails and her daughter’s nails. Listen when I tell you, I am in love again! I have finally found someone that is professional, AND does a great job on natural nails. Definitely worth the money and my daughter loves Yolanda services as well! I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for the experience.

    Alexus Marshall: I just left and I will never be back again. Within the first five minutes, they messed up so bad that they will never see me again. All I asked for was acrylic on top of my natural nails without adding a tip to my nail. The lady was notified about this, but proceeded to cut my nails which I took time to grow. I was very upset. She did not even offer an apology. I walked out and left. These people should not be an operation. I’m so upset.

    Kiana Johnson: Please save your time and money, and do not come here. 2 days after my services, my nails were literally coming off left and right. By day three, three of my nails were completely off. I called to see if I can get the nails fixed, and was told the same person had to fix my nails that didn’t do them right in the first place or I would be charged full price again. Absolutely unacceptable.

I loved that they didnt rush, made us feel comfortable, and didnt try pressuring us to other services. We will definitely be back!

    DOTTIE YEWA: I am new in the area and thought I found my new nail care store. The first two experiences were awesome. However my third visit was the worst. I wish I had read some of these reviews before I went to this store. The staff is rude and do not seem to care. The powder they were using was defective. But instead of sayin that to me they kept passing me between 3 technicians all while speaking their language. I asked multiple times what was going on. No one would explain. I was in the store over an hour for something that normally takes 45 min. I was so frustrated. This store needs to learn customer care and treated their customers better. I hope my review helps others make a decision. Don’t go here unless you want to be treated like you are less than. And your money has not value.

    Anita Morris: OMG I forgot to leave a review after my massage with Teshia a few weeks ago. What a very professional young lady who knows how to do a relaxing massage. It had been a while since I last had a massage. After Teshias golden hands touched my body I went home and slept for 4 hours. I highly recommend La Ritz Spa, but I strongly recommend you book with Teshia. You wont regret it. Satisfied Customer, Anita Morris

    Melissa Williams: I went to Regal nails in Walmart to do my nails and two days later the gel polish started to lift up while on my vacation, remember this is gel. I went back there for owner to fix the two nail that were lifting and her attitude and demeanor was very very bad. She stated I am only fixing one finger with very bad attitude then she patch it, it was a total mess, I asked her if she really sending me on the road like this before she clean it off. They do poorly job an I would not recommend no one to go there. Bad business for costumers. They don’t even deserve one star. A customer say the same thing right in front of them saying that why she don’t do her nails there no more because they do not do a good job!
