5 /5 Elle R: So I wont post a pic of how badly I needed a haircut but I will brag on what a wonderful job Mary did on my hair. Not only did I get a great hair cut and changed my style a bit (at my request) but I also got a great color as well. She took her time and was very attentive to what I wanted. I did my best to describe what style and color I wanted but I really dont express myself very well because I basically know nothing about the coloring process. She colored and highlighted first and I was amazed at how gentle she was as she handled my hair. She stopped after each process and made sure that I was happy with the placement of my highlights and the base color as well. She then took her time discussing what style I wanted my hair cut and did a wonderful job. We apparently shared the same vision for my hair! My hair is both fine and thin so its a real challenge to find someone who can cut and process (perm or color)it without damaging it because people tend to overprocess it. She checked it often and made sure it wasnt overprocessed. She also offers waxing brows, facials, manicures and pedicures and she will also do your makeup. Her prices are reasonable and before I left I felt that I had made a new friend and someone I can count on to make me look my best for any occassion. The highest compliment you can give a service provider is to make another appointment. I did just that before I left.
I dont know if she heard the desperation in my voice from needing an appointment due to Co Vid 19 or just happened to have an opening but when I called for my appointment, I got in the next day and she followed all the suggested protocols to make sure that both she and I were as safe as we can be from any germ exposure. Looking forward to my next appointment!
