The staff is lovely, cleanings are thorough, Im never kept waiting, but what really did it for me was getting my first filing with Dr. Durham the other morning. He made the entire process completely painless, and I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. With other dentists, as soon as the novocaine wore off, I found that my jaw was killing me. After the visit to Dr. Durham, I didnt realize it had worn off! I didnt even feel like I had been in for dental work! The filing blends so seamlessly with my natural tooth that I cant see it or feel it. Hes definitely one of the best at what he does.

Serena Kay: I normally see Dr. Schroeter, and he is amazing. Super friendly personable, and always gets my dental work done quickly and painlessly. I have autoimmune issues and a severe allergy to milk so i have always had low calcium on top of autoimmune issues so i don’t have amazing teeth. I moved temporarily and saw a different dentist, but recently moved back and came to this dentist again. I was fit in on a cancellation so wasn’t able to see Dr. Schroeter, and instead saw Dr. Phillips who replaced the other doctor when he retired. Dr. Phillips is condescending. He made me feel more insecure about my teeth that I already feel insecure about. I don’t eat sugar and only drink water and unsweetened tea. I use all of the products and tools Dr. Schroeter has recommended me, so I do the best for my oral health that I can. Dr. Phillips continuously asked me if “all I eat” is candy and soda. About 8 times in a two minute period, and then continued to laugh at me when I told him no and explained my health issues. He is so rude and it just totally rubbed me the wrong way. I will always make sure my appointments are with Dr. Schroeter now, because I quite honestly never want to be in Dr. Phillips’ chair again. What an awful first impression.

Brandon (Dragon): My first appointment today was unfortunately marred by several negative aspects. The staff presented an unwelcoming atmosphere, and the playing of gospel music, with staff vocalizing along, created an uncomfortable environment. Despite indicating high-functioning autism and anxiety on intake forms, the dentist disregarded this information, causing distress with a jarring and physically painful examination technique due to his forceful handling of my face. Additionally, the lack of an updated street view on Google Maps resulted in a five-minute delay in locating the office.

Dylan: Every visit with Dr. Ferrara has been a nice unique experience! I wouldn’t trust anyone else he’s the only oral surgeon I’d entrust with my kids if they needed oral surgery. It’s as if he was born with the skill and knowledge needed for this field like hes the Tony Stark of oral and maxillofacial surgery. He truly understands your fears and cares about his patients, him and his assistants will reinsure your safety and help make it comfortable for you as possible through the whole process. I shake like a leaf gripping the seat during any dental procedure due to anxiety, that comes out left field right before I walk in the building, but thats just me and it has nothing to do with him, I trust him with my life. (So if youre nervous its okay, youre in very good hands.) You can tell right away he’s a high IQ individual who processes information quickly and remains incredibly attentive during every procedure. After your surgery, be sure to follow his post op instructions carefully to minimize any complications. And if any issues do arise, remember that its not always a reflection of the oral surgeons work and you need to tell them IMMEDIATELY if any problems do arise. After about a month post-op of my wisdom tooth extraction I had part of my mandible ridge coming through the gums slicing my tongue every time i swallowed (this happens sometimes because the bone is reforming) i went back today and he trimmed the sharp edge down and as usual, once the lidocaine wears off the pain is manageable soreness is very minor and best of all I can chew and swallow once again and can talk more normal! I expect a full recovery and will continue to see Dr. Ferrara as much as I need to to.
