5 /5 Teresa birks: I had the very best experience with Dr. Hamilton. I could feel the love and care from our first meeting. I had gone to a number of dentist before I found him. I am so very, very satisfied with my finished product, dentures-which look so much like my very own teeth -no one can even tell that they are dentures, people think that i have veneers. the staff is very professional and caring. I just thank God that I found dr. Hamilton when I did. I wished that I could have known about him earlier.

5 /5 Kimberly Pounds: I went to see Dr.Hamilton for an oral cancer screening. His hygentist Teresa was super sweet. She could tell that I was very nervous and she was patient. Dr.Hamilton, came in and from the moment he walked in I felt at ease. He was very compassionate and listened to my concerns. He assured me that I can achieve the smile that I wish for. They both listened compassionately as I explained my issues and what brought me into their office for the screening. Teresa, conducted my screening, she explained everything that she was doing and afterwards she and Dr Hamilton felt the need to send me to an oral surgeon for followup. I am almost 42 and nervous about dentists, I have never had that experience before. Everyone in this office is simply amazing the receptionist Mrs.Jan listened and showed compassion as I had to call back in regards to my referral and they sent the oral surgeon what they needed promptly. I felt so at ease with this office that its time for my kids regular cleanings I decided to make their appointment with him. Thank you Dr.Hamilton for your kind words and compassion that day I came in, it truly made a difference in more ways than you can know. Thank you for taking my concerns seriously and getting a referral ASAP. I will see you guys soon!

1 /5 Ashley Stewart: Ive been a patient here since I was about 6. Im 31 now. I havent been in several years due to losing my health insurance. However, I came in at the beginning of July because I was having extreme pain and sensitivity in one of my teeth. Dr Hamilton advised that I had an old filling that had come out and I would need to get the filling redone. I was then scheduled a month out for what I thought was a filling but 2 weeks later after having extreme pain again I called to have the filling moved up. Dr. Hamilton wife stated that she would have it done in 2 day at a new appointment. I go in and Im told theyre not doing a filling today but instead they redo my x-rays keep in mind they just did this 2 weeks ago and they advised that now I need a root canal on that exact same tooth that needed a filling just 2 weeks prior. It also now has an absess. They consistently told me I need to have all four wisdom teeth removed 3 to 4 times a visit when I have told them I have no pain at all in the wisdom teeth and I do not want them removed.They called me in an antibiotic for the "absess" and my pharmacy later advised Im allergic to it. I have been for 12 years. At this point I decided to cancel my upcoming two appointments for August 1st and August 7th in which I sent a text message to the office advising I would like to cancel and I received a confirmation back here I am today receiving another text message confirming my appointment for August 7th so I call the office and speak to Dr Hamiltons wife again advising that I have already canceled those appointments last Thursday. She became very rude to me telling me she was not playing games with me, told me that I must have thought that I canceled them and asked me again if I would like to cancel them in which I replied I already did Thursday so yes please make sure there are no appointments. She proceeded to call me little missy on the phone several times and told me she did not like my attitude when I was only trying to get the appointment canceled she yelled at me several times and then hung up. I called back and spoke with another representative up front whom confirmed it was canceled and she was very professional. I would have always recommended this dentist my entire life however after recent events with Dr Hamiltons wife I will not be back nor will my husband nor will my mother so please beware if you go here and stay far away from Dr Hamiltons wife who from what I was told is the office manager she does not need to be in this office anymore she has completely destroyed the culture of this dentist office!

5 /5 Patrick Bettis: I honestly cant say enough good about Dr. and Mrs. Hamilton, their entire dental staff, and Don the Lab Technician. My Dad had an extremely difficult and specialized case for having new dentures made due to him having had extensive cancer surgery on his mouth and nose. Dr. Hamiltons team, with Don, took on the challenge and absolutely nailed it!!! It brings tears to my eyes at how down to earth and personal all of these folks are; at how they ALL stayed after hours to help my Dad be able to actually eat normally again and the amount of time they invested to recreate my Dads smile again. I will say, without a doubt, Dr. Hamilton and his team went above and beyond for my family and my Dad, and we will be forever grateful for them!
