1 /5 Rob LaLonde: I didnt even get to make an appt because the receptionist acted like she did not even want me there. Very unprofessional. Asked if I had insurance which I do. But unfortunately could not find my card but knew the carrier. I asked her if she could call because...as I quote we only take delta dental platinum. I asked her if she could call because I didnt know which I had but I was sure it was the better one of the two. She said no she could not. Which is a lie because I have been to other dentist offices where they have called as well as doctors offices. There was no one in the lobby so she wasnt busy. When I asked how soon she could get me in for a cleaning she said 2 months. She acted like I was waiting her time. I am a successful professional and am really shocked by the level of patient care. Its too bad as I wonder of the Dentist even knows that this is going on. Sure he would not be happy about the fact she is letting potential new patients walk out before he or she even meets them.

5 /5 Robin Ingram: They are always on time, professional, and courteous. They treat the patient like they care about them as an individual not just another patient. They take the time to explain what procedures need to be done if you need more than a cleaning. Theyre also very careful when doing fillings and such. Office staff is also very helpful.

5 /5 Gisela Bray: Yesterday I was having a really bad tooth ache.I told my mom I couldnt take it anymore to go ahead and take me to the hospital because all the dentist office we called was closed because of the weather we got to the hospital they was pack so my mom said if anyone is at this dentist office Im going to stop and see if i can ger someone to the door to help you we stop at Dr.Browns office and thank God him and this other gentleman was there having a meeting they told my mom to go ahead and bring me in they would see what they could do Dr.Brown and the gentleman numbed My tooth and gave me antibiotics i thank god that they was there having a meeting if it wasnt for them two i dont know what i would of done it is hard to find someone who cares about people but i can say Dr . Brown and the Gentleman cares about others thank you so much Dr.Brown i was able to rest

5 /5 Nikki Weeks: Dr. Brown gave my daughter her smile back! After repairing her teeth, she hasnt stopped smiling. Hes simply AWESOME!! I would not hesitate for a second to recommend him and his staff to anyone.
