1 /5 Rob LaLonde: I didnt even get to make an appt because the receptionist acted like she did not even want me there. Very unprofessional. Asked if I had insurance which I do. But unfortunately could not find my card but knew the carrier. I asked her if she could call because...as I quote we only take delta dental platinum. I asked her if she could call because I didnt know which I had but I was sure it was the better one of the two. She said no she could not. Which is a lie because I have been to other dentist offices where they have called as well as doctors offices. There was no one in the lobby so she wasnt busy. When I asked how soon she could get me in for a cleaning she said 2 months. She acted like I was waiting her time. I am a successful professional and am really shocked by the level of patient care. Its too bad as I wonder of the Dentist even knows that this is going on. Sure he would not be happy about the fact she is letting potential new patients walk out before he or she even meets them.
