1 /5 Joe Jackson: The absolute worst service any company could provide. Took advantage of my son after breaking down getting it towed to the shop.
Explaining on the phone that the alternator was bad he drove 3 hours back to drop off keys they called him 2 days later saying car is ready. He drives 3 hours back to pick up the car and they didn’t diagnose the problem they put a battery in the car and said it was good.
Left shop drove 133 miles to breakdown again. The same problem happens again and had to tow to a great shop to really fix the problem.
How do you miss this? My son was willing to pay for the overpriced battery he just asked to be refunded for the diagnostic and they said no. Actually the owner Kevin said no that it could have cracked driving down the road. Hey Kevin might want to have trained technicians to work on cars bud. Also taking advantage of people is not a long term business model before u close up shop. Hope everyone reads this before they even consider have work done with you. Truly unprofessional and incompetence in every aspect. Ps… does that crack look anywhere like a recent crack.
