5 /5 Carine Sejour: Amazing customer Service. The place is nice and clean. The atmosphere felt like God dwell in the place. I was even offered a ride home and the driver was nice enough to make sure that we get there safely. He waited until my cousin and I get inside the house. I thought that was very nice of him to do. That was my first experience with them and I’ll definitely go back.

5 /5 Zack Shaffer: Recommended. This is a newer location. Expect the consistent quality of the Christian Brothers brand. The waiting room is comfortable; they have some snacks available, free wifi, a clean bathroom, and comfortable seating. It was a bit cool when I was there, but I could also be cold-natured. The service was very good. They were prompt; they explained my options; they gave me up-front pricing. I had made an appointment but arrived almost ninety minutes early; they took me in, and got to me a bit earlier. The garage is behind a RaceTrac and across from a hospital; its a busy area, so you have to get in either by going through the RaceTrac parking lot or going down by the hospital and (depending on where youre coming from) maybe doing a U-turn. Not a good or a bad thing; just something to be aware of. Services arent the cheapest, but they do it right and guarantee their work. Good place, recommended garage.

Both times Ive used them, they provided thorough digital inspection reports, complete with videos and no pressure recommendations and estimates. Their prices were fair and I will trust them with all my future car repairs. They also offer a military discount which I really appreciate.

5 /5 Erin Watkins: My first time using Christian Brothers, but definitely won’t be my last! This team is phenomenal! Dropped my car off after hours due to a check engine light and the next business day, they emailed me a full diagnostic of my vehicle including videos and photos of my car. All work was completed in less than 48 hours. They communicated with me through every step of the repair process and never pushed anything additional on me. I will be recommending them to everyone!

5 /5 Melody Galate: Christian Brothers is an amazing auto shop. You get what you pay for. Their Hiram location is so considerate. I brought my car in having an idea of what could be wrong with it. They walked me through their inspection/diagnostic process and promised to keep me updated. I received text messages and emails through out the whole experience. Michael was the guy who helped me and he has amazing customer service skills. While it was a pricey fix, knowing I have a warranty made it easier to pay. I highly recommend Christian Brothers in Hiram

The gentleman that came out helped me offload my Jaguar and Hyundai from a semi truck trailer, and he absolutely worked his tail off to get my Jag out of the trailer. He never once complained, had a positive can-do attitude, and ultimately, he prevailed. I will definitely be doing business with this company again. This company has a work ethic of days passed.

Diahan Walker-Sealy: This is a different sort of review in that Henderson Collision actually didnt do any work for me. Why I had to give them five stars? Because of their honesty. I brought a particular foreign model car to their establishment and Ricky (a 30y employee) informed me that they no longer work on models from that specific brand because of the bells and whistles that hamper simple repair (electronic recalibrations and other things). Still , he provided an estimate to give me an idea how much it will likely cost and further provided me with two referrals. I found them on NextDoor where they had the best reviews and I see why. I may have to just buy a car that they do service just so I can finally be a proper customer. :D

RMT Investors: I had brakes and rotors installed on my vehicle here. I also mentioned that my radio wasnt working and asked Ike if he could look at it while emphasizing it was not a priority. He stated he was able to work on the radio as well. The next day, I received a call from Ike stating that the brakes were done, the radio was fixed but he couldnt get my driver side window to roll up. That Id need to purchase a window regulator and have it installed quoting a price of $600 something dollars. I emphatically declined as I have NEVER had an issue with my driver window up to this point. I advised that he needed to do whatever possible to get the window back up. I called back to check on the status and miraculously, the window rolled up. By the way, I have not had this issue since receiving my vehicle back. After picking up the vehicle, I noticed that the 4 wheel drive needs service was scrolling across the message screen and it was no longer engaged. I brought this to Ikes attention stating he probably accidentally unplugged it because the buttons are placed right above the radio. He denied this as well, stating that my vehicle is older and may be showing signs of wear. I will caution you if you decide to have your vehicle repaired here. I gave 2 stars vs 1 because the brakes work fine but I gave 2 out of 5 stars due to the lack of customer service. Once I took the vehicle to another technician and had them look at it, they confirmed that the 4 wheel drive had been unplugged and fixed the issue. Exactly what I told Ike he probably did but he wanted to be right vs listen. I drove back to Socapine to explain my dissatisfaction with the services rendered and to let Ike know he did indeed unplug the 4 wheel drive. I also gave him a suggestion to listen to customers going forward both male and female vs trying to argue a point. Visit at your own risk.
