Only passing through along I-16 and needing immediate help, she met with Rodney, who was wonderful with assisting her get back on the road quickly. 1 /5 Big Bay Williams: As a new customer, I called this auto shop for a quote on labor cost for installation of a new motor in my car. The customer service i received was horrible, unacceptable, & racist. Both personale & one of the mechanics was considerably rude & showed no interest in quoting me because of my black voice. I stated I was calling around to different shops for quotes in hopes for the best work at the best price. This mechanic I spoke with stated there was no need to continue the talk of pricing or conversation because he wasnt cheap. I stated I still was interested in the quote for the labor because I can purchase a brand new motor & everything else that was needed for the job. He still didnt give me the quote for his labor. The tone in his voice as he spoke with me & the way he stated certain words lead me to believe he didnt think I could afford his work. I pulled $3000 out of my account this morning to jump start the process of fixing the car. This mechanical shop will never receive any of my business nor recommendations for future services. Cammacks Auto Repair, thank you for your 3 min disappointing & rude ass customer service call.

Rodney knew this and found and fixed my problem for only $85. He could of easily charged me $2500 and I would of been happy ! Honesty is a rare quality now and days . He definitely has all my business!

5 /5 Elizabeth Albright: We broke down on a family vacation. We were recommended this shop. We had it towed after hours, but they were on it first thing in the morning. We were back on the road within a couple hours. They had excellent customer service and were very helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.
