The pastor is very caring, and does an awesome job at shepherding the church. They have small groups, and preach from the bible. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Their worship music is wonderful and the pastor is kind and always goes out of his way to spread the joy of the Lord to everyone he meets, and makes everyone feel welcome. They throw a variety of events throughout the year to get the community together and spread the word of God. Also they have a great outreach programs to help those in need (ex. Food pantry, assistance in nursing homes, etc.)

Melissa Davis: I love going to church, I dont know what it is but the first time I ever went to this church I just felt that I knew everyone, I felt like I was home. Grace Baptist is where I got saved. There is 1 thing missing now when I do get to go and that is my Daddy (Richard Lee Davis). The good lord decided he wanted him home where there isnt no more suffering and pain and the only tears that runs down his cheeks is called JOY. I love and miss you so much Daddy and I know your watching over me as well as my sister/ your youngest daughter (Angela Marie Davis) and my niece/ your grand daughter (Angel Grace Moore). I will see you all again one day soon and the only tears that will be rolling down my cheeks will be for JOY.

Donna Tipton: I attended services at Covenant Presbyterian Church 3 weekends and one midweek service, within the past 7 months, when visiting my daughter who is a member there. I found the congregation to be warm and welcoming, the preaching to be grounded in Scripture, the singing to be enthusiastic and pleasant (a mixture of psalms and hymns) and accompanied by good piano playing. There’s a mixture of ages, with a strong core of men, who also enjoy visiting after the service, women who love to talk and visit as well, families with kids and the kids seem respectful and interested and love playing afterwards when everyone’s hanging out after services. Prayer is important in this congregation, evident throughout the service and especially the pastoral prayer time, when the leadership prays for our country, the community, schools, people in challenging situations or places; missionaries are prayed for specifically by name, and numerous other concerns. I appreciated the friendliness of people, and I think it’s because they’re showing the love of Jesus, through their caring for and enjoying one another, but they gather to glorify God and learn more about Him through the preaching of the Bible. It’s a good place to learn and grow in faith.
