5 /5 Candace Smith: Yesterday was my birthday and my friend treated me to gel x nails!! Anna did my nails and she was wonderful. Katie did my friends nails and she was wonderful also. Both were so sweet and did an amazing job. Highly recommend!!

1 /5 Callie Waddell: I asked for a full set of acrylics and was charged for such. She put tips on my nails, did not cure them, filed them crooked, and then painted regular nail polish on top and had me air dry. They came off within the week. They already looked a week grown out when I left the salon because she did not put the tips anywhere near my cuticle. I would never get my nails done here again!

1 /5 Kelsea Graham: WORST manicure I’ve ever had in my life. Every time the man filed my nails he filed my skin and made me bleed. He then cleaned it up, but continued to file on the areas every time he filed. Manicure took 1.5 hours and they look absolutely terrible. The SNS is not smooth at all, has texture and white spots throughout. They’re also super super thin from all the filing and I have naturally strong, thick nails.

1 /5 Karenda Willson: I tried them once before and it wasnt amazing. Nails didnt last two weeks and they werent very friendly. I was going to give them a second try today. I arrived at 5:30 and entered to an empty "salon". Not a single customer and they were all in the back eating. They seemed to be arguing about who would have to come attend to me and I even said I could wait for them to finish dinner. When someone finally got up and I told her what I wanted done she told me, "No." That was it and she went back to eating. Dont go by the hours posted or the open sign. Dont expect friendly customer service, or service at all if theyre not feeling it or maybe kudos to them for not needing the money.

5 /5 Amie Hannon: If you want a quiet, relaxing place to get your nails done in a timely fashion by talented technicians, come to Big Apple 2! An hour after I left, a stranger complimented my manicure (which I love too) so here’s a pic! Katie’s SNS pink ombré looked exactly like this the last time she did it & it lasted 3 weeks! All of the techs here are friendly & do a GREAT job!
